We had an fantastic stay at this beautiful Punta Mita townhouse. Dayle was very responsive to our initial booking and then Alejandra took care of all details in a very timely fashion. Food was delicious and made the whole vacation stress free. The unit is a bit further from the sandy beaches but only steps away from what became our favourite beach club. We are super grateful to have had the opportunity to stay at Porta Fortuna and for the memories that were created during our stay.

So glad you enjoyed! Yes, Porta Fortuna is lucky to have a beach club that’s steps from our villa with a gorgeous infinity pool overlooking the beach — most PM communities don’t have that! The fun of PM is driving your golf cart from beach club to beach club to explore the others too! We’d love to host you again!

The best vacation ever!!!

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home. The views are spectacular. Yensul, the cook is amazing. Tony was so helpful with reservations and tee times. We are already planning to come back next year. Would rate 10 stars if we could!!!

Loved the house and location. There were a few things that did not work or could be updated (i.e. upstairs bedroom fan and downstairs couch smelled mildewy)

So glad you had a 10/10 stay as I know our staff worked very, very hard to please you! We take the condition of our villa most seriously and offer a very well maintained and designer renovated Zen Casita. Our full-time housekeeper, Yensul, cleans 6 days per week. Sorry to hear that the circuit shorted on one of the fans during your stay, but thankfully there’s also separate air conditioning in each room for redundancy.

Amazing family vacation

We just returned from an amazing week at this property! It is even more beautiful than the photos! The detail to design, function and comfort make a beautiful location even more appealing. Our experience was seamless from the reservation process to preplanning activities with the Concierge, grocery deliveries, housekeeping and more. I highly recommend this property. You will not be disappointed.

Can't wait to return!

We absolutely LOVED staying here! The home was decorated to perfection and the daily breakfast, cleaning and scheduled dinner (we only did one but should have done more!!) were amazing. Tony, the concierge, is the sweetest peanut ever. We adored Yensul the cleaning lady as well!! The home was immaculate and everything was great. The golf cart was awesome and things were simply magical! Amazing location and amenities. THANK YOU!

Best Trip Ever!

The entire process from check in to check out was so seamless and the communication with the owner and the property management was amazing. They were so attentive to all our needs! The home is absolutely stunning with beautiful views!!
