About this property

Full garden views, bright and modern secluded guest house 5 minutes off the highway and 10 minutes from the ferry in western Bremerton. The guest house at Ferngully is a standalone unit detached from our main house tucked off the main street, nestled amongst the cedars and firs along Mud Bay connecting to Puget Sound. The guest house has a full 270 degree view on the gardens and trees, queen size murphy bed, fridge, sink, microwave, wood stove and bathroom, complete with 16" outdoor rain shower.

The Ferngully Guest House has amazing views in all directions. Please enjoy it from the guest house or out on the deck outside. Other guests might be staying down at the cabin near the water down the hill, so please reach out to us before wandering through all of the paths!

My wife and I live on site in the main house, and work normal business hours but are available any time as needed via talk, text or email to help with anything needed for your stay.

Getaway for 2

The ferngully guest house was cozy and comfortable. Perfect little getaway from the hustle and bustle of town. It was clean and inviting and hidden in the trees. Overall a great experience and would recommend it to others.

My wife and I purchased this 1935 beautiful home in 2017 and immediately underwent hands on renovations to bring out its unique forest-windowed funky craftsman style! Over 2 years we converted the former owners detached pottery studio in the guest house it is now, adding an outdoor shower and bathroom for full comfort and convenience. The garden and grounds were tamed along with many new plantings in preparation for our wedding on site in July of 2019. Thanks so much for staying with us and we hope you enjoy the solace, natural surroundings and tranquility this little gem has brought us so far.

The seclusion of the guest house is unmatched, looking out on nature in all directions vs another house, parked car, driveway, or someones kitchen! It's quiet being on a quiet residential peninsula while also being tucked back off the road as well. Parking is easy in a designated space, along with keylock entry and contactless arrival/departure as needed. Take in the scenery from the guesthouse or the outdoor deck!
