Close to downtown Napa. 2 Bedrooms, with additional room suitable for home office or guest room with pull out bed. 6 Burner Gas stove and farmhouse gourmet kitchen. Front porch and party patio. Vegetable garden and koi pond. Privacy and charm galore. Plenty of parking space. The property also has 2 pygmy goats, Babe and Ruth and our 7 Koi. Plenty of room to roam, garden and sneak away to a shady spot and relax under the oak
