Enjoy the most amazing ocean views and the best location in Gloucester! The house is right on the Boulevard in Gloucester where the gardeners by the ocean are so unique and breathtaking. This is a two family house that can be rented separately(each apartment) or the whole house(both apartments) to enjoy a family reunion or a group of friends where everyone is comfortable and private.
***Please message the owners before make a reservation ** During summer we prefer to rent the whole house weekly so the rate will be different so please ask the host.***
Right in front of the house you have 3 beaches, Stage Fort Park, tennis courts and a bocce court.
This Victorian/ coastal style two family house is located in the best spot of Stacy Boulevard, the number one attraction in town. Walk to many unique restaurants and shops on Main Street of the historic downtown Gloucester!

The space
You can rent the whole house that consists of two apartments Or one apartment at the time.

Unit # 1consist of: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, laundry, ocean view living room and kitchen, a private front entrance, private parking for one car on the right side of the house, private indoor porch and balcony to enjoy the boating activity on the ocean and the best sunrise and sunset ever! This unit is all in one level, no stairs. It is on the first level.
The Bedrooms: The master bedroom offers one king bed and a sleeper pull out ottoman. The second bedroom has a full size bed with a twin trundle. We provide extra blankets, pillows and bed sheets. Each bedroom has an AC window unit and a white noise machine for the light sleepers.
The Kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped with pans, pots, blender, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishes, silverware, cup, wine glasses, grill utensils,etc.
We will provide with some pantry and toiletries essentials to make your stay more comfortable: coffee,sugar,tea,cream,butter,salt,pepper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, hand soap, bathroom towels,paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, sponge, cleaning products and laundry detergent.
Also we have some fun items for entertainment :beach chairs, umbrellas, tennis rackets and balls, bocce balls and some board games and puzzles.

Unit#2 consist of: 3 Bedrooms, 1 full bath and a half bathroom, laundry, open concept eating in kitchen with beautiful ocean views and living room. This unit will have 3 cars parking on the driveway and a private use of the backyard. The backyard is fully equipped with a grill, seating, a fire pit and beautiful ocean views.

The Bedrooms:
The master bedroom with a beautiful coastal décor has a king side bed and breathtaking ocean views, a nice sitting area for you to enjoy the views and the boulevard. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a nice nautical décor with a lot of space, closet and dresser. The third bedroom has two twin side beds with ocean views and a walk-in closet on the third level. This level also has a half bathroom, laundry and a nice family TV room to hangout. Each bedroom has an AC window unit and a white noise machine for the light sleepers.

The Kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped with pans, pots, blender, coffee maker,toaster,microwaves, dishes, silverware,cup,wine glasses, grill utensils, etc.
We will provide with some pantry and toiletries essentials to make your stay more comfortable: coffee,sugar,tea,cream,butter,salt,pepper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, hand soap, bathroom towels,paper towel, paper toilet, dishwasher soap, sponge, cleaning products, vacuum and laundry detergent.

It was everything we expected from the photos and description. A great old house with all its quirks, and wonderful decor to set the mood.You can’t go wrong with this property; it’s so close to everything - renting the whole house was great for our group… which was my parents (in their 70s and handicap), my brothers family and my husband and I (all with littles ages 1,2,3 &4). The stairs can get tricky if they are under 2, but was easily managed. We appreciated our hosts and they were quick to help. Thanks again for a great vacation!

Thanksgiving in Gloucester

The house was beautiful. It was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well-equipped. We were able to cook a little Thanksgiving dinner. The views in the front and back of the house were amazing. We also enjoyed the sunroom in the front of the house and the proximity to beaches and walking trails.

We had a lovely stay! The house is a 15 min walk into town, and also right across the street from a seaside trail. You don’t really need to drive anywhere, which was very nice since parking in town is difficult and the streets are narrow. The house was very clean, had an awesome front porch to relax on, and we loved the white noise machines in every bedroom! Also, random, but the towels were very nice and soft. Definitely recommend for large groups/families!

Loves our stay. From check-in to check-out all went super smooth. The house is very large and location was superb. Fiesta weekend so it was an easy 5-7minute walk to the fiesta festivities. Family Time in Beautifuk Location

Gabriela was a wonderful host. Very responsive. Access to the home was straightforward and the location across from the ocean was lovely for walks to dinner, ice cream and parks. We did a whale watch, visited Rocky Neck Artist Colony, Good Harbour Beach and the Maritime Museum - we felt close to it all. We rented the entire house which was impeccably clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. Beds were comfortable and the backyard was such a little retreat.

Awesome location!

We just returned from a long weekend at this perfect house! We rented both units and my kids came with their children and the space was great. The view and location are great and it is a great area to walk and look at the harbor. The host was great and very responsive. The only issue is that the drawbridge goes up quite frequently for the boats and the traffic can back up for a while. The kids loved watching it go up and down though!

Gabby and Corey were the perfect hosts!

My husband and I went to Gloucester for an early 40th birthday. Not only was the property gorgeous and immaculate, Gabby welcomed us with a little birthday treat once we entered the house! The area is absolutely breathtaking with lots to do very close to the house. All of the recommendations left for us in the book were spot on! Gabby responded so quickly with every question we had. We will definitely be back!

Owners were very thoughtful and responsive. Gorgeous location and lovely sun filled home. Owners clearly tried to think of everything to make their guests comfortable and house was very clean. Check in and out was very easy. Kitchen was lovely with great views out the back windows.Our favorite spot was the enclosed front porch with large windows easy to open and close. The view was spectacular of the sky and harbor and promenade and the gentle breezes felt like heaven. Only issue could be the traffic and noice although surprisingly this did not bother us at night. It's a great house, great location and as I wrote, owners were very caring about any problems that came up. The only real issue was the sink in the downstairs bathroom " water was slow to empty and not much water came out of the faucet"Just wish they used non-scented cleaning and washing products.

Beautiful Views!

We had an amazing time. We had the priveledge of using the entire home. The house is perfect, light, airy, beautifully decorated. The amenities were great and the kitchens well stocked. The water views from the front porch are spectacular. We spent 5 days exploring the area and the location was perfect for our trips to Salem, Rockport and surrounding areas. We even gathered one night to watch The Perfect Storm as you can see the lighthouse and area from the house. There is alot of areas to walk and get some exercise right outside the front door. Not to mention a beach right across the street. We were lucky as the Deliahs were in full bloom. The host was quick to answer any questions and offer suggestions. It was an amazing trip and the home made it even more special.

We have two kids and we love living in Gloucester because it feel like we are on vacation all the time. We love living by the ocean! We have things we love to do here the whole year around: in the summer we love paddle boarding and surfing plus of course just relaxing on the beach. During the spring and fall we enjoy walking to town and go to many different hiking trails. In the winter is more relaxed because we just enjoy the views and boating activity from our indoor porch and the inside of the house. The delicious restaurants and unique shops is something we enjoy the whole year round in this town. We are a family that loves traveling around the world and appreciate vacation home rentals very much and that is why we want to share our beautiful place with other travelers.

We love the ocean views of this property and be right on the Boulevard is so much fun! We enjoy the beautiful gardens in the Boulevard and the boating activity.

What makes this property unique

From the location of the property we enjoy the small beaches across the st., paddle boarding and kayaking. We love go for a walk to stage fort park and the Boulevard. Play tennis or bocce is always an option right across the st. Also we enjoy walking to downtown to many delicious restaurants and unique shops.
