Stunning designer home perfect for a getaway, vacation, working from home, and distance-learning. We welcome small family gatherings by special request. You will find many relaxing , games, books and toys. The gourmet Chef's kitchen with all spices and equipment. Well suited for couples or anyone who wants a luxurious getaway in the Sacramento area. There is a garage and an enclosed backyard. Enjoy special touches everywhere as well as 2 outdoor covered patios. An outdoor Ring/Doorbell camera facing the entrance/entry pathway for safety and security will allow you to have your own personal digital code. Sit outside and relax on the beautifully furnished patios.
We enjoy treating our guests as we would our very dearest friends. Guests often share with us their delight to stay in this gorgeous home custom designed by us. "This is the most amazing home we have ever stayed at and we have stayed at many. Every little detail is perfection! We will be back!"

An Enjoyable Stay

Ginger and Joe are awesome hosts who make the extra effort to ensure their guests are comfortable and have what they need. This was my second stay with them and I have already booked another.

Exceeded my expectations!

I was truly impressed by the quality of the little things…. Soaps, pillows, etc… the home was beautifully decorated just like the photos. It was a very comfortable 5 day stay. Ginger was an excellent host.

Friends Get-away

Great interior and ambiance Well-equipped and beautifully staged. No pictures of exterior home. Location close to eateries. Nice get-away and place for cozy comfort and catching up with old friends who aren’t interested in exploring surroundings..

Gorgeous house

The house is stocked better than any Short Term Rental we have ever stayed at. The only thing I can say about this place that is not 5+ stars is the street noise, the major road the property sits on has traffic 24/7

The Perfect Holiday House

My husband and I rented this house for the holidays and hosted all of the dinners and brunches there (for about 10 people in total). It was perfect-- A beautiful, spacious home with a fabulous kitchen, outdoor spaces, and beautiful bedrooms. The rooms are situated so that the living room, dining room, and kitchen are in one open space, so it was easy for everyone to spread out but still socialize. Ginger was a wonderful host and responsive to all of my questions. We would love to stay here again!

Stunning and homey

My family and I just loved staying at Gingers home while we were in town visiting family. Everything was brand new and very clean. The decor was just beautiful and the house is equipped with everything. We left our babies pack and play at a family members house and was happy to see there was one in the spare room closet! Ginger really thought of everything. We enjoyed her home and look forward to coming back again soon.

Great Home, Very Clean, Great Communication

This was a great place to stay. Close to many great eateries and just a short jaunt to Top Golf. Ginger was an excellent hostess that keeps an impeccable home. The light in the living room was always on, which was strange...but it was a dim light so it wasn’t a bother. My husband wasn’t too keen on the open bathroom in the Master, but there’s a second bathroom so it wasn’t a huge deal. I highly recommend staying here if you’re a small enough family.

Trip to Sacramento to attend wedding

Since our retirement in 2003 my wife and I have done a lot of traveling and stayed in many VRBO properties across our Country. This home hosted by Ginger and Joseph has to be the best and completely stocked with everything that you could need of any that we have ever stayed in. Beautiful home

This home has everything and extra on what you would need. They even provide snacks to munch on. I would stay here again over and over. Perfectly laid out and so spacious. We felty like we were at home.

Truly fabulous stay

Having a fenced in private yard helped since we were traveling with our dog. When we arrived at the home the AC was running, and it was nice because we felt the host was considerate of our travel. The home was absolutely clean, cozy, inviting, and absolutely comfortable. located in a safe neighborhood, close to shops, grocery stores, restaurants. Were very pleasantly surprised Plus, it had a nice park 3 minute walk My husband and I had everything you can think of at our disposal. I would highly recommend this beautiful property. The host, Ginger was very delightful as well. would stay again and again. I'm a travel agent who travels a lot. you will not be disappointed. ,·

Weekend giveaway

The home is beautifully decorated, like staged . Everything was spotless. AC worked great for the weekend heat wave that hit that week. The home is located on a very busy street and so you can really hear the traffic. Neighbors are all very close to the home. When you walk in and ignore the noise it’s quite amazing. The back porch with outdoor fan was very nice as well… Hosts were superb as well. Recommend a nice get away…

LOVELY CITRUS HEIGHTS PROPERTY

This property is charming and welcoming. It is on somewhat of a busy street, but once inside you feel like you have been transported to a charming country farmhouse with all of the modern amenities you could want. Great kitchen with lots of working space, beautiful bathrooms and very comfortable beds. We loved that the two bedrooms with their own baths were in separate parts of the house. Ginger, a very warm and responsive host, has taken much care in creating a delightful property. Definitely recommend!
