The Tuscan Cottage is a beautiful little cottage sitting on 40 scenic Texas Hill Country acres. The Tuscan Cottage has everything a modern traveler desires; all the modern conveniences and amenities coupled with the awe-inspiring Texas Hill Country setting. Enjoy the tranquil bliss and the panoramic views while you sit on one of your private porches; watching the white-tailed deer, sipping wine, or soaking in the hot tub.

The cottage boasts a King-size bed, leather couch, oversized recliner, fireplace and a full kitchen for your convenience. There is a BBQ grill if you want to have a cook-out and a picnic table with benches. Come and enjoy the Tuscan Cottage or any of the other great properties at Appian Way.

We enjoyed our stay! It was close enough to town to do all the fun stuff in Fredericksburg but also far enough away to feel like a secluded getaway.

Outstanding Cabin!

Great location and privacy! Cabin amenities were perfect for a 4-night stay. Deer and wildlife every day. Great hot tub! Will definitely be back!

4th of July runaway

It was very secluded and peaceful. Just what we needed to recover from a very stressful 10 months. The wildlife and fresh air rejuvenated my entire outlook… well so did the hot tub. B-) We look forward to a return visit hopefully soon.

Neighboring cottages were close by, but you could not see or hear your neighbors. Every morning we had breakfast watching the deer that come to feed and we ended every night relaxing in the hot tub. We golfed everyday and went shopping several times. Lots of good places to eat! The Sunset Grill for breakfast was good, Rathskeller Bistro for lunch and Granite House was excellent for dinner. The cabin we stayed in was secluded and quiet. We would definitely recommend staying here! We plan on coming back in the spring!

Anniversary getaway

Perfect place to relax away from noisy towns. Not too far out to go shopping or eating out. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, but you might want to check the steps as it is falling apart and pieces stick to your feet and track into the tub. We would love to stay again sometime.

The location was very private we got in some stargazing with our telescope before hopping in the hot tub! Awesome views and very charming inside and out! Definitely would not only recommend but will return again!
