About this property

Le Gai Séjour is a charming fisherman's cottage, completely restored in 2022, located 200 metres from Sword Beach, which is very sheltered from the wind. The enclosed garden, equipped with garden furniture and barbecue, faces due south.

All shops and restaurants can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes. There are three large free car parks nearby, as well as 2 electric car chargers. Access is via a narrow alleyway, guaranteeing an exceptionally peaceful stay and the safety of children.

maison agréable

Bonjour, Nous avons passés 3 jours dans cette maison,situé à 100m de la plage au fond d'un petit sentier et non une impasse comme mentionné dans l'annonce. Difficulté pour décharger ses bagages on doit se mettre en double file dans la rue principale, cela passe pour 3 jours mais plus compliqué pour un sejour plus long!!! La location est conforme aux photos de l'annonce,le jardin est très agréable, néanmoins notre petit chat n'a pu en profiter comme prévu la voisine de droite ne voulant pas qu'il se bagarre avec le sien . Le propriétaire est très sympathique et vous acceuille à l'entrée du sentier. tous les commerces sont à proximité ce qui est bien pratique et un parking pour la voiture à 2 pas. Il manquait juste en equipement un presse agrume.
