The 65-mile rail trail is ideal for biking, hiking, running and Cross Country Skiing and was ranked a Top 10 Bike Ride by the USA Today.
This custom built 3,400 square foot home features 4 traditional bedrooms, a low-ceiling loft that sleeps four above the recreational garage, and a brand new pull-out queen sofa in the 550 square foot family living room. 2 full baths and 2-1/2 baths make it ideal for up to 3 families. Why they chose this property
The home is located between Pine Creek and the Pine Creek Rail Trail in the Village of Slate Run. Four bedrooms and above garage den sleeps 14 to 16. Two full baths and two half baths will not keep you waiting. Test your skills in the garage gaming room or in a half court basketball game. Star gazing fire side in Pine Gorge will not dissapoint!
