Conveniently located, the home is 10 minutes from Amagansett LIRR + town, 10 minutes to East Hampton LIRR + town, 30 minutes to Ditch Plains Beach, Montauk (for the surfers!) - but on an idyllic, tree-lined quiet street.
The house was recently renovated in 2018 and features soaring cathedral ceilings with exposed wooden beams, a charming eat-in kitchen, separate dining area, and large living room with wood burning fireplace.
The home boasts 2 master bedrooms each equipped with king size beds + private bath, 1 queen size bedroom, and 1 bedroom with 1 full size bed with a shared bath.
Enjoy a lazy summer brunch beneath the wood-beamed ceiling of a bright, open-plan space or in the glorious backyard deck. Enjoy sun drenched days relaxing by the 40-foot saltwater pool* with rolling lawns set for perfect outdoor gaming, or take a spin around the neighborhood on bikes (2 available). On colder days, cozy up near the double sided brick fireplace and revel in a warm conversation within this elegant home.
Heating the pool comes at an extra charge of propane used from check in to check-out.
