The air-conditioned superior villas consist of:
A living room with pull-out sofa bed (2 beds of 80 x 190 cm) or convertible - A bedroom with 2 beds (90 x 190 cm) that can be converted into a double bed - A bathroom with shower - A WC separate - A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room (dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee maker, toaster, combined refrigerator, ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, microwave) - A terrace.
They are also equipped with a barbecue, an LCD TV, a vacuum cleaner, an iron and an ironing board, a safe, garden furniture and free Wi-Fi connection.

Location: Our superior villas near the beach are located approximately 750 meters from the heated swimming pool of the residence which is on the top of the hill and approximately 150 meters from the beach.

Obligatory tourist tax: €1 per day and per adult.
Final cleaning and laundry package (sheets and towels) are included.

Extras (on reservation) not included in the rates, to be paid upon arrival:
- Baby bed: €10 per day
- Beach towel: €10 per towel.
- Intermediate cleaning: €50.
- Late arrival (after reception closure hours): €20
- Animal only admitted on request: €20 per animal per day.
