Quelques jours à Dole

Un peu à la dernière minute, j'ai regardé pour louer à Dole. L'appartement correspondait à nos besoins ; nous avons profité de la terrasse bien tranquille le matin et le soir, la journée étant occupée a des visites, randos, train des Hirondelles, etc. Bon contact avec notre hôte.

Pas une très bonne expérience

Le logement est bien situé, au bord d'une voie importante qui mène au centre de Dole. (13 min du centre ville à pied - pas vraiment à l'emplacement indiqué par Abritel). La boite à clé est inaccessible (posée à l'intérieur) et il a fallu batailler pour entrer (tél au propriétaire en Corse qui a envoyé une personne pour ouvrir) >> Les points positifs : - logement très bien équipé (meubles - matériel de cuisine) - éclairages intérieurs / tables de nuit / lampes de chevet - non bruyant hormis un peu la pièce qui donne sur la route - espace extérieur convivial et isolé - belle et grande cuisine (hormis le WC) - grande SDB bien éclairée - TV et Wifi OK - place de parking privée devant la porte >> Les points négatifs : - WC (très petit) situé dans la cuisine !!! - literie peu confortable et bruyante - 2 marches dans le couloir à l'intérieur du logement. - pas de douche (baignoire peu pratique - vieilles robinetteries) - boite à clé inaccessible (derrière la porte d'entrée) - logement mal nettoyé (vitres / porte d'entrée et menuiseries sales - poussière sur les meubles) - extérieur non enrobé - paillasson usagé A faire à proximité : - visite de l'église St Jean (moderne) située à coté, quand elle est ouverte - musée, centre ville de Dole et canal Draps / serviettes / savon non fournis (penser à les prendre) Un bon resto à prix correct : Le Gustalin au centre ville.
