It's all about the view at this bright and spacious, family-friendly home on Woahink Lake. The open floorplan boasts a sitting area with a wood-burning fireplace and a fireside desk for remote work or schooling, an adjacent sunlit living area with a sectional and a 75-inch TV, a dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, snacks, or mugs of hot tea or cocoa. There is even a Keurig coffee machine.

Outside, enjoy unobstructed lake views from your furnished deck, get something sizzling on the gas grill, and dine together at the picnic table. The crown jewel, a six-person hot tub on the wind-protected deck overlooking the lake, invites ultimate relaxation. This home also features a private dock, a five-seat pedal boat, and two kayaks, so you can set out whenever you want for a paddle around the lake.

This home is nestled alongside gorgeous Woahink Lake, which offers refreshing waters for summertime swimming and great kayaking and fishing opportunities. Within a few miles, you can access the sand dunes (well-loved by ATV riders and sandboarders), and beach access is a short drive away! Be sure to stop into Old Town Florence to browse the galleries, shop for souvenirs, or get some takeout from one of the local restaurants. The Siuslaw Pioneer Museum features living history exhibits, photographs, and artifacts from Florence's history, and don't forget to pick up some ground beans from River Roasters for perfect cups of coffee enjoyed out on your deck.

Things to Know
Two kayaks, lifejackets (two adults, one child), and a five-seat pedal boat are provided.
Pets are strictly prohibited due to the homeowner's severe allergies.
Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: Please note that there is an active security camera on the front door, looking out towards the driveway.

Dock details: Private dock off back deck, right on lake for easy access for swimming or kayaking



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
