Family friendly unit. Short walk or shuttle to the beach!

Freshly painted and all new furniture in living room! Come relax and enjoy your vacation at Mollygans at the Beach you will definitely want a do-over here. This unit is a 2 bedroom/2 bath villa on the 4th (top) floor of Building 3 with the desirable private balcony overlooking a peaceful lagoon and fountain at Hilton Head Resort. Hilton Head Resort is a private gated resort with 24 hour security and is centrally located on the island. Supermarkets, restaurants, golf courses and shopping are only minutes away and loads of activities for the whole family without leaving the resort.
The Unit:
Our front gate has security 24/7 and check-ins are available at anytime. On-site parking is provided. Unless arrangements are made in advance check-in is at 4 p.m.
The Villa is fully furnished and stocked. The chef in the group will find the kitchen is well equipped with dishes, bowls, cups, glasses, wine glasses, utensils, pots, pans, cooking utensils, tea pot, coffee makers (pods & drip), blender, waffle maker, toaster, mixer, mini blender, griddle and the pantry is stocked with spices.
The living room has plenty of seating for relaxing after a long day at the beach or pool, a queen pull out couch. Stream your favorite shows or movies on the flat screen TV connected to wifi/fire stick. There is seating for six at the table and two at the kitchen bar.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed and bathroom, smart tv/ and dresser. There is a blow dryer in both bathrooms. Also available is an iron and tabletop ironing board.
The second bedroom sleeps 4 with a full bed and comfy bunk beds. This bedroom also has a smart TV.

There are so many fun amenities at the resort:
Building 1: Heated outdoor pool, The Beach Bear restaurant and convenience store.
Building 2: Large sun deck and badminton court.
Building 3: Indoor heated pool, Jacuzzi, 1 foot kiddie pool, exercise room, sauna, steam room, jogging track, bench swings and wireless internet. Villa 3401 is in the all year long desirable Building 3 so the weather can’t stop the fun.
Building 4: Lighted Tennis Courts are in the middle, Outdoor pool is located beside building 4 and charcoal grills with picnic tables are behind building 4.
Take a walk on the 200 yard scenic private boardwalk to the Beach or ride the complimentary shuttle April – September. Make sure to enjoy the saltwater marsh wildlife on your way to the Beach. At the end of the boardwalk is CoCo’s Bar and Grill with public bathrooms and a volleyball court.
A wagon is provided for your use. We have beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards and small cooler. You can also rent chairs and umbrellas. Beach towels are provided to save you room in your suitcase for the extra swimsuits, just launder and return before you go home.
Sheets, towels and a starter kit of paper towels, TP, dishwashing tabs, dish detergent, scrub sponge, kitchen towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap will be there waiting for you. We also have a “Forgot It, We Got It” for those little things you forget.
Trent Jones Golf Course is right next door for the golfers in the family. The island has many courses for the golf lover and miniature golf for those beginners.
If you choose to leave the resort and visit some of the local attractions of Hilton Head Island, our mid-island location makes exploring the 5 miles wide and 12 miles long island a breeze.

There is no drive to the beach from this condo. I noticed all the condos at Hilton Head Resort say a 2-7 minute drive to the beach but actually there is no driving needed, it is located on the water with only a short stroll on the boardwalk.

Check-out is 10 AM unless arranged when booking for a later check-out.
