Super good stay with recommendations

We had a very nice stay in this appartment. Close to tram, train and busses. Short walking distance to supermarkets. Quiet appartment in nice area. Can recommend!

Good location. We walked from train station. Apartment was well contained, especially kitchen utensils . I know when I booked, it said there was elevator, but it was not working and had not been for two months. This was important because husband has bad back. Noticed that it is no longer listed as a amenity.The shower was very difficult to turn and off and towels could stand to be replaced and an extra set provided. A bonus was a washer for clothes. Only one bathroom but shower and toilet were in separate spaces.

Beautiful apartment but very hot!

The apartment is beautifully appointed. It is in a nice location in a great building. It would be perfect but for the air con. When we visited it was 30-35 degrees everyday, the aircon didn’t work well and the lowest temp during our stay was 28 degrees both day and night. If it wasn’t for this, it was 10:10, but lack of working aircon was a real pain.

Great Apartment in Nice

This was the perfect apartment for our girls trip! We struggled to find a place with three beds and this ended up being a gorgeous option. There's a tram station 2 blocks away and it was in very easy walking distance to everything. The apartment itself was beautiful and well-equipped and we were able to cook dinner, do a load of laundry, watch TV, etc. with ease. The check-in and check-out process is done in-person (rather than self check-in with a door code or lock box) which made things a little tricky. The person who meets you for check-in also manages several other properties and we had a long line at the airport and a slow tram and almost missed her because she had to do another check-in elsewhere. We were also informed that there was a cleaning fee that had to be paid in cash upon arrival, as well as early check-in and check-out fees (we had a 6 a.m. train to catch). I read and re-read everything on the VRBO listing and in the emails I received after booking and didn't see any details about any of these fees. We made it work, but it would have been nice to know up front. The only other "complaint" which honestly wasn't terrible, but would have been nice to know, is the apartment is in a residential building and there is a family with several young children on the floor above. On a weekday morning when they were getting ready for school it was pretty noisy for early in the morning. Sleeping with earplugs is recommended! Overall it was wonderful and we'd stay again!

Wir waren sehr unzufrieden

Leider wurde unser Flug gecancelt und wir konnten nicht anreisen. Die Kommunikation hat von da an überhaupt nicht mehr funktionier. Auf meine Nachricht wurde erst geantwortet, wo unser Aufenthalt quasi zünde gewesen wäre. Es wurden nur mit ausreden geantwortet. Wir haben kein Cent wieder bekommen. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht gewesen und können diese Unterkunft daher überhaupt nicht weiterempfehlen.

Nizza mit Family

Die Wohnung ist perfekt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. In der Küche ist auch alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Bäcker und Einkaufsmarkt sind direkt um die Ecke. Zur Promenade und Tram benötigt man nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Wohnung ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Besichtigungen. Laure, die Ansprechpartnerin für dieses Apartment ist sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Sie war immer erreichbar! Perfekt :)
