Dirty & heavy smoke smell apartment
Do not stay until this place is renovated & majorly cleaned! We only stayed an hour before I was able to find a clean hotel to stay instead. This apartment smells heavily of smoke which was communicated to Ben, our contact for the property, as well as the company that manages this property.
First, this should be advertised as a smoking apartment but it is not. Second the cleanliness was not good with mold all over the bathrooms, run down furniture, dirty carpets, and non-working toilet. Ben did say the toilet was fixed after he said the previous renter shut the water off to it… if that’s the case, then how did they clean? This place was not clean. Also communication prior to arrival was not the best. I was looking for a place to stow bags before we could check in and I was not answered. Once we arrived, Ben did respond and met us to leave our bags, but another warning, they are just stored behind the two security doors that lead to 4 places, not up in your apartment.
Major maintenance is needed with this place as well to update and clean if others want to stay.
Within the hour of arriving, we left for another hotel. I did ask for a refund if only just partial and Ben currently says that some will be refunded but I have yet to see anything. Please be wary if reserving.
