Title went here
Needs a little TLC in minor adjustments, otherwise the home was very clean and tidy, no issues with any part of it throughout the stay. Would easily recommend home and location.

Scallop trip
Dirty upon arrival. There is a big camper in the front yard that looks suspicious at best. Not sure if it's another rental or just broke down. We loved steinhatchee in general but I would avoid this house and crook owner.

My husband and I love Steinhatchee, FL. It is some of the last of "Old Florida" and the sleepy little town and it's residents are some of the finest people you will ever get to know.....

Jake's Place is named after our only remaining fur baby "JAKE" who is in his final stages with many health issues but we will love and care for him until it's his time to leave us.
(Jake crossed the Rainbow Bridge on March 19th, 2021 after almost 13 years with us. He will be missed dearly)

Why they chose this property

After an extensive search for that perfect place we fell in love with "Jake's Place"... This property has so much potential and we are only getting started. Great plans for future upgrades are on our books.
*****WI-FI COMING IN 2023
**CENTRAL AIR AND HEAT REPAIRED/REPLACED FEBRUARY 2021
**ALL NEW KITCHEN APPLIANCES ADDED MARCH 2021!!

What makes this property unique

Off the beaten path along the Steinhatchee River with access to the Gulf of Mexico for great scalloping, fishing and recreational boating activities for all ages and the lifestyle here never gets old!!
