It is located close to the slopes to get you to ski schools, ski slopes, ski rental shops, bars, restaurants, shops, tourist sites.

## Logement
This lovely apartment with views is very well equipped and can accommodate 4 people.
It is composed of :
- a small bedroom with a bunk bed ;
- a fully equipped and functional kitchen
- a shower room ;
- and a living room with a sofa bed, a television and a pleasant dining area.

You will have at your disposal to spend an excellent stay: Parking, Hair dryer, Television, Coffee machine (filter or Nespresso), Microwave, Oven, Raclette machine.
Sheets and towels are provided at extra cost.

You will also have a furnished balcony that will be very appreciated on sunny days to enjoy the view of the Etale and Beauregard!

Large ski area in area, you can enjoy its 85 slopes, representing a total of 125km! They will allow you to access the Massif de Beauregard, the Massif de l'Etale, the Beauregard cross-country skiing area, and many others ...

In summer, enjoy the 9 downhill mountain bike trails 20 cross country and 1 enduro trail, 13 of which are passable with the family. Trails suitable for all levels and marked on: Saint Jean de Sixt, La Clusaz, Le Grand-Bornand and Manigod.

You will stay :
- 10 minutes on foot from the village center, where you will find all the amenities;
- 3 minutes walk to the ski slopes
- and 5 minutes by car from the "Espace Aquatique des Aravis".

For your daily shopping, you will find the "Carrefour Montagne" at 4 minutes by car.

## Emplacement
This beautiful village in Haute-Savoie has a bulbous bell tower facing the magnificent Aravis mountains. Just a stone's throw from Lake Annecy and close to the Mont Blanc massif, it is one of the most beautiful places to spend your summer vacations in the Alps. At medium altitude, La Clusaz enjoys a mild and pleasant climate in summer. Here you can hike in a preserved massif in the heart of the Aravis combes and passes. At the Aravis pass and at the Beauregard plateau, the view on the Mont Blanc is grandiose!
