Family country house easily accessible by the RN42, located in the heart of the Boulonnais between land and sea, you will be 15 minutes from the beaches of the Opal Coast and Wimereux as well as the Helicèa aquatic complex and the large Nausicaa aquarium. Other activities will be to be discovered on site, including the brand new Naturèo aquatic centre in Desvres. The cottage is composed of a large kitchen equipped with everything necessary for 10 people, open to the dining room and adjoining the living room equipped with a fireplace. On the ground floor you will have access to 2 large bedrooms with king size beds of 160, a large bathroom with bathtub and shower, 2 washbasins and toilets. Upstairs you will find around the landing used as a play and relaxation area 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 4 single beds and 1 baby bed.
The house is located on an enclosed plot of 1000m² green and wooded. Quiet with a magnificent view of the plains that invites you to relax. The terrace area with a barbecue and 2 forest tables allows you to fully enjoy the landscape. A wooden playground is installed for children, and for adults a spa under a covered pergola is available all year round.
