Amazing!! A kayaker’s dream stay. We loved the lake and the huge sandbar was a quick paddle. Plenty of room, very clean and the owners were so friendly. We will be coming back!

Beautiful cottage with all the amenities, house fully stocked with anything you need! Check in was easy and the host was so sweet! Cottage has a sandy fire pit, outdoor eating, motor fishing boat, kayaks (with many life vests) and a sandy beach that is A 2 minute walk! Next year were staying for a week!!!

Wonderful property!!

We loved staying at the property on the lake and would definitely rebook! The cottage was very clean, spacious for what we needed, and nearby the towns for more fun. We also met the property owner and he was lovely and very helpful. Perfect place for smaller groups or just a couple!

Quaint quiet getaway

This place needs air conditioning. I wish the beach access in front of it was clean but you can't swim in it. Too much seaweed and lilliepads. There is a small beach within walking distance you can go to.if you're looking for a place to relax, it definitely does that.

Perfect family getaway

What a pleasure it was to stay in this cabin on lake Sapphire. The view was amazing and the home was cozy and clean. With a beautiful veranda room, perfect for family dinner, we got everything we hoped for. A fire pit for roasting marshmallows and fishing from the dock. Awesome family vacation!

A very nice cottage. It was clean and nicely decorated. I was impressed with the deck overlooking the lake. I appreciated the hospitality of the owners. I definately would return again.

Summer Vaca

Myself, my 3 daughters and one daughters fiancé stayed 4 nights. The place was better than advertised! Great location, very clean, fully stocked, 2 kayaks and a fishing boat too. Owner lives right next store. Very nice guy and always available if needed. Looking forward to our next stay.

Nice cottage on the lake. Comfortable. Nice/helpful owner who lives next door. Kayaks are a great feature. Good location. Quiet but not too far from shopping, etc. Was able to catch 6 fish off the dock. There is a little beach around the corner that provides swimming access. People in the area are very nice.

Lovely stay- missing some important details

The location was nice. Very very close to neighbors. Advertised to sleep 8- not nearly enough bedding and one of the two actual beds was in terrible shape:(. The owners lived next door and were more than willing to help! Not enough drinking glasses and no wine glasses. Home has been updated and was pretty clean- little more detail and it would be awesome. Kayaks were such a nice addition. Only 2 wash clothes- plenty of towels. Opening ceiling throughout so very noisy and zero privacy. Loved the washer and dryer! Great house for 2-4 if owners buy a better mattress. Loons, deer, bald eagles, beavers, cranes, and a heron who landed on our kayak! Very quiet and peaceful- nearby town of Lake City is really quaint!

Thank you for the review. The listing does say sleeps 6-8 but does not specify if that is all adults, which it is not. I am changing the details to specify. All lakefront properties in our area are very close together yes. I will check inventory on linens as there was enough for 6-8 people.....Hope you can return someday! Michelle Property Manager

We enjoyed having our family together on Sapphire Lake. Property was clean, well furnished and quiet. Enjoyed cookouts, bonfires, fishing, boating, kayaking, and Lake City nearby.

4th of July family vacation

The lake was wonderful, full of Lilies you could smell just from stepping outdoors. The cabin was quaint and just added to the whole relaxing lake week.

Great getaway

We had such a nice time away as a family. So relaxing, had everything we needed to stay put and rest. - Grill - Fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher and disposal - Washer and dryer - Plenty of space to spread out to sleep - Beautiful views - Owner was very accommodating - We loved the sun room for games and meals with a view - Great firepit We hope to come back again!

Ejoyed our stay. The owner was very kind and friendly.

My husband & I spent a very relaxing week at your cottage. The only complaint is the pictures showed a nice beach which was non existent It was not a swimming lake. But the views were beautiful and the owner took us for a boat ride. All in all it was a lovely vacation

The water levels do fluctuate quite a bit throughout the Spring and Summer to Fall but that is a picture of the property and its beach. Saphore is not a busy lake and ther eis some seaweed but people swim in it all the time. We hope you can return soon! Michelle

Great cabin

Great fishing off the dock. Very close to Cadillac which has anything and everything you may need. Cabin was clean and had all amenities needed. Great family vacation!
