The Hitivai apartment is a one-bedroom vacation rental located on the 2nd floor of a secure residence (dating from 2021) in the heart of the capital city of Papeete, on the island of Tahiti.
Whether you are renting for vacations or business trips, the Hitivai apartment is located in the popular Mission district where there are several elementary schools as well as the La Mennais high school, at walking distance from the city center and the shopping areas. It is only a few blocks away from the seaside and the marina of Papeete.
This neighborhood is one of the oldest in the capital but also one of the most dynamic thanks to the effervescence of the schools. Many new residences are being built here.
The fully air-conditioned and equipped apartment is tastefully decorated and offers all the necessary comfort for a couple.
With a surface area of nearly 33m², the apartment has a living room with an equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom (toilet, shower and sink).
This cozy vacation rental comfortably accommodates 2 adults .
WIFI Internet and a parking space in the covered and secured garage are graciously made available to travelers.
If your stay is concentrated in Papeete, it will not be necessary to rent a vehicle for the duration of your stay because everything is at walking distance within 10 minutes. However, if you wish to venture outside of Papeete and discover the island of Tahiti, we strongly recommend that you rent a vehicle as public transportation is limited in its services and schedules. Please allow me to clarify a few points regarding your comments.
You mentioned that the building name was misspelled, but I would like to note that I had provided all the necessary information in advance, including the Google Map's address, which is the most accurate way to locate the building, as all names and details are indicated there.
Later that morning, you informed me that your taxi driver had left with the paper containing the address. Following your message, I assisted you immediately and responded as quickly as possible to help you find your way.
Regarding the entry code, when I welcomed you, I clearly showed you how to enter it including pressing the key emoji button.
I would also like to point out that when booking an apartment located in the city center, it’s important to keep in mind that you cannot expect a panoramic sea view or coconut trees.
I completely understand that traveling alone, especially with the increasing use of digital tools, can sometimes be challenging. Please know that I always do my best to assist every guest with care and attention.
