Prominence 30A pet friendly beach house rental, Sugar Magnolia, located in Watersound, FL by Panhandle Getaways is a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom vacation home with gulf & pool view and is complete with all of the conveniences of home. 6 Seater Golf cart and 4 bikes included with your stay.


One of the only homes in Prominence that enjoys views of the Gulf of Mexico and the South neighborhood resort-style pool. Public beach access is an easy bike ride or golf cart ride away.

You’ll enjoy all the comforts of home in this elegant comfortable family friendly home filled with coastal charm! Upon arrival, you’ll notice the over-sized driveway with ample parking, room for 6-seater golf cart (included) and bike parking. 

As you step into Sugar Magnolia, guests will take note of the open environment with 10-foot ceilings and coastal style throughout the home, including a first floor master suite with private access to the back patio. The dining table can seat 10 andthere are 4 extra seats at the kitchen island. In the back of the home you will find a covered deck with sectional and an expanded paver patio with outdoorteak dining table for 8, plus a Weber grill!

Head up to the 2nd floor and you will find spacious living quarters, including 3 additional full bathrooms, a 2nd master (w/ en suite), 3rd kingbedroom, bunkroom with two sets of T/T bunks, private office w/additional sleeping, and 2nd floor balcony with gulf view.

PET FRIENDLY WITH STIPULATIONS***
We welcome well trained non-shedding dogs to stay in this home. We require that your dog be completely potty trained and prefer dogs older than 2 years old. Crate Trained pups are preferred to deter mischievous behavior while you and your party are enjoying the beach. It is understood that while we do allow dogs with the mentioned stipulations any damages that occur during your stay will be charged to the credit card on file with the minimum fee being $350.00. ADDITIONAL PET FEE APPLIES & IS COLLECTED AFTER BOOKING IS MADE. This includes emotional support animals.

Prominence is one of the most popular communities on 30A and features incredible amenities, open green spaces and easy access to over 17 miles of bike paths. Prominence is perfectly located to new and long time 30A haunts as well as the beautiful white beaches of Scenic 30A. Guests will enjoy a beautiful town center and 2 resort style pools.

Located at the town center, the Big Chill is a hot-spot for entertainment and features an outdoor 25 ft LED theater screen for sporting events and movie nights on the green. Beach Accesses for ALL Prominence homes are via South Walton public beach access points. Most Prominence guests utilize Deer Lake State Park beach access or other nearby public beach accesses. Prominence homes do not have direct beach access via Watersound Club nor do they have access to Watersound private club facilities.


INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
