We needed a place to gather 16 friends to celebrate a family birthday. This place fit the bill wonderfully. Very convenient location (streetcar stop a half block away), very clean, great grounds, and almost all bedrooms had individual bathrooms. Just a wonderful place for a crowd.

We enjoyed our girls stay at this beautiful location. Plenty of space for 16 people. Very clean, and we enjoyed our pool time. Close to everything. Would highly recommend!

The host was great about communicating with me for any questions I had. The house is absolutely beautiful. We had plenty of room for everyone in our group. The pool area offered a quiet place to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing around New Orleans.

Great house with great Communication with the property manager. Aside from the homeless people we encountered peeking through the fence, it was a great house to stay in. There was more than enough space for all of to stay comfortably.

This house was a great location for our birthday celebration. It comfortably fit 14 of us. The host was very responsive with any issues or questions we had with the property. It was so fun to be in a historical home and be so close to everything especially the trolley.

Our group of family members from across the country gathered in New Orleans for a stay at The Orleans House. Trevor was a joy to work with, from planning to check-out. He was responsive and caring, truly wanting us to have a wonderful experience. On one of our days, there was a power surge in New Orleans and that set off an alarm in the house. Trevor had a guy there within MINUTES to do a re-set. The house is magnificent, each bedroom with its own personality - most with their own bathroom to boot. There is plenty of space to spread out and gather in groups, large or small. The trolley stop is right out front so you can park your car and never use it again, if you like. The trolleys were clean and safe and an efficient way to navigate the city. We were there in September, when the heat and humidity was rough. The backyard pool was the perfect place to cool off any time of the day. One more note on parking. We had two vehicles and never had a problem finding a parking spot, either out front or alongside the house. Daytime parking was a BIT more challenging, as the hospital is right behind the house and visitors/employees were often parked there. Again - if you use the trolley to get around - it isn't much of an issue. Thanks, Trevor, for a great experience in The Big Easy.

Such a beautiful home

Family from Grandmother to Grandchildren stayed here for a family holiday and had an amazing time. The house is absolutely stunning, close to the French Quarter and well-appointed for a family stay. Host was gracious and communicative. Highly recommended

Clean and beautiful house!

We rented this house for our large group and the host was great, pool was amazing, although we were only able to use it one day because it got cold. The rooms were clean, beds were very comfortable. Having a bathroom in every room was great as well! Would totally recommend this place for anyone that is looking to visit New Orleans with a big group!

Lovely home!

The home was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed. The owners/property reps were super responsive and helpful. We didn’t have hot water at first, but they did everything they could to immediately rectify the situation. Highly recommend staying here!!

The house was beautiful! Exceptionally well taken care of, beautifully positioned just outside the french quarter and it was super easy to get INTO the French Quarter, but not so close that we felt unsafe. I was a little nervous about street parking for our cars, but tucked back on the side road they were untouched. Had some AC issues, but owner was extremely attentive and communicative and helpful. All in all, a wonderful experience!!!
