Just 1.5 blocks from the beach, Morey's Pier and a short walk to the convention center location is ideal!. Villa di Viggiano apt #1 has a front porch to watch the world go by while enjoying your private space. Fenced outdoor eating area with tables and 2 grills is available for use by all of the cottage renters and a perfect spot for family gathering and outdoor dining. Inside has hardwood floors, comfortable furniture, fully stocked kitchen with full size dinning table. Plenty of room to stretch out and relax in airconditioned comfort, using free wi-fi and cable. Queen , full size and 2 twins offers plenty of room for 6. Off street parking for convenience of loading and unloading only. You can rent this wonderful cottage alone or rent all 4 apartments to make the perfect spot for a family reunion. For protection of our guests their is video monitor aimed away from the property toward the sidewalk and driveway in front of the property.

Great place

The house was great. Easy access to the boardwalk and as well as exiting the island towards either Stone Harbor or Rio Grande. The VRBO Host provided a quick response regarding our request for an iron. Honestly, I only have good things to say. If I had any ideas to make the stay better, the only thing that would be very above and beyond would be leaving a list of places to eat in the off season. Wildwood is mostly a tourist town and plenty closes up in the off season as expected and those business don't always update their Google My Business. So you don't know what is really open or really closed until you arrive at the restaurant / business. That's not a VRBO Host problem, but that's all I could think of for feedback. The place was great, and honestly the price was favorable for anywhere. (Let alone 1.5 blocks off the beach) If this place is open, book it!!

Excellent property at an even more excellent location

We stayed at Villa Di Viggiano for two nights as an end-of-summer trip. It was a great home—immaculately clean, comfortable for five people and one infant, and a block away from the Boardwalk. We won't hesitate to book again!

Great location

Very clean and the location is perfect for walking to beach or boardwalk. We found plenty of parking available on public street. No issues with anything.

A great spot.

We'll be back. It was a great little spot and close to the beaches. Parking is a little difficult but contact the township for the weekly pass. It would have been much easier. (Not the propertys fault. But just some advice)

Welcome to Villa Di Viggiano. We are Frank and Pennie Viggiano and our kids are Genna, Luigi and Kieran. We are from Minnesota with strong family ties to both New Jersey and Pennsylvania (picture is nephews wedding in Jersey City). Frank grew up in Philadelphia and spent summers as a child in Wildwood and we have visited many times as we come home to be with family and friends. We are so excited to have our permanent home at the shore and to a share it with you.

We love this property because of the immediate access to outside from every villa and the central plaza where all can join together. It offers to the chance to stay at one villa or to use/rent all 4 for larger family gatherings.
