This house was perfect for our long weekend stay in Greenport. It had an old style charm and was very comfortable. The location could not have been better - close to restaurants, shops, marina, and the wedding venue (Brecknock Hall) where our niece was married.

This Greenport house is amazing! Beautiful pool and outdoor space! Our group loved the private rooms and separate bathrooms for each bedroom. The house has a ton of charm. Perfect location! Walkable to the vineyard and downtown Greenport. We’d definitely rent again.

Nice house, great pool

House was clean and well appointed. Each bedroom has a full bathroom which is great with large/extended family. It’s set back from a fairly busy road, but still quiet. Two minute drive to town. Very nice owners.

Great location with pool!

This house is truly an old Victorian home. Definitely on the older side of decor and amenities. It was nice that each bedroom had a bathroom. The pool area was by far the best part of the house. It was a very well kept area that is fenced off with a lock and super up to date and clean! It was one of the main reasons we booked this house and it did not disappoint. The host was very nice and came to show us around the house as well upon check in! The house is in a great location walking distance to Kontakoasta winery and a mile drive to downtown!

Cozy as-advertised house in Greenport

I highly recommend this place to stay! A group of 10 of us spent a few nights here comfortably for a wedding in Greenport. The hosts were very accommodating after a brief miscommunication left us without towels when we arrived, and the house itself was in great shape and very pleasant. Having a bathroom in each bedroom was a massive perk for our group. The rules of the house are reasonable out of respect to the neighborhood, and the house is located walking distance from some fun downtown attractions. We didn't get the chance to use the pool during our stay, but it was well maintained specifically for our arrival!

Birthday Celebration

5 Bedrooms with 5 full baths! Photo's provided do not do justice. Excellent communication with the host at all times. Pool is really beautiful and there is no reason to leave the property! Enjoy! We were 8 women celebrating our 60th birthday and we couldn't have had a nicer time together! Thank you!
