About this property

Cozy holiday home 150m from the beach

Our house is built in 2000, which is fenced and guarded.
The distance to the beach is 150m / about 4min walk /. The beach access is gently sloping with no steps.
The house offers enough space for 5 people on 80sqm.
The ground floor consists of a living room with fireplace, TV, living area, dining room with fully equipped kitchenette, 2 terraces with garden furniture and grill, guest toilet.
Upstairs there is 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, bathroom with shower, vanity, toilet, washing machine.
For our little guests we provide a bed and a high chair.
There is a parking space for 1 vehicle directly from the house.
Bed linen are provided.
In months of July and August rental only from Saturday to Saturday.

Ruhiger Urlaub

Die Kombination mit der Gastgeberin ist sehr gut und freundlich. Die Betten sind ein träumchen, sehr bequem. Die Lage des Hauses ist nah dem Strand und der Einkaufsmeile. Ein kleiner Laden mit allem nötigen nicht super billig aber fußläufig ist vorhanden. Das Restaurant an der Ecke sehr zu Empfehlen. Die Anlage ist leider aufgrund fehlender Hausmeister etwas ungepflegt. Im ganzen hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub nah am Trubel der des Ortes , aber weit genug um es ruhig zu haben.

Schöner Urlaub

Rheinhaus in einer gesicherten Anlage mit automatischem Schließtor. Schlüsselübergabe hat mittels kleinem „Tresor“ am Tot gut geklappt. Parkplatz vor dem Haus vorhanden. Auf der unteren Etage befindet sich eine offene Küche, ein Wohnbereich und eine Gästetoilette mit Waschbecken. Im Bad befanden sich ein Wischer & ein Staubsauger. Küche gut ausgestattet. Leider nicht so sauber, sodass wir erstmal durchsaugen mussten zum Wohlbefinden. Schöner Garten, leider etwas ungepflegt & kein Rasen gemäht, sodass die Nutzung der Schaukel für uns nicht möglich war. In der oberen Etage befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer mit einem großen Doppelbett und einem Gitterbettchen. Im anderen Schlafzimmer waren ein Doppelbett und ein Einzelbett vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war woher sehr gut und äußerst freundlich. Bettwäsche war vorhanden. Im oberen Bad gab es eine Dusche & eine Waschmaschine. Leider war es auch hier nicht ganz sauber. Hier sollte es größerer Augenmerk auf die Sauberkeit gelegt werden. Die Lage war unschlagbar! Gleich am Strand und zur Innenstadt maximal 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir können das Haus empfehlen und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Familienurlaub

Bei der Anreise waren wir überrascht das sich unser Reihenhaus eingezäunt mit einem hotel befand .Konnte man aus der Anzeige nicht ersehen ,Innenausstattung war sehr gut und sauber .Die kleine Terrasse nach hinten enttäuschte leider ,da wir erstmal Tisch und Stühle säubern mussten um sie nutzen zu können .Der Empfang durch die Hausmeisterin war nicht sehr freundlich .Trotz der kleinen mängel .hatten wir ein paar schöne Tage. Die Lage ist sehr gut .kurze Wege zum wunderschönen Strand und zum Zentrum
