About this property

Les Balcons du Soleil 4013

In the commune of VĂ©nosc, we offer this charming 43 mÂČ flat with ski station within walking distance, which can accommodate up to 5 people. Located on the 4th floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely 20 mÂČ living room, an open-plan fitted kitchenette, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a balcony with views of the slopes. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Day area:
- A 20 mÂČ living room with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area.
- An open-plan kitchenette with appliances including: electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Senseo pod coffee maker, etc.
Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: two single beds.
- Bedroom 2: bunk beds.
- Shower room with shower.
- Bathroom with bath.
- Separate WC.

Outside:
- A north-facing balcony of approx. 8 mÂČ with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.

The flat is ideally located in Vénosc, in a very pleasant environment, with views over the estate and the town. The town centre can be reached on foot or by shuttle bus, and offers all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.

After parking your car in a closed car park, you can enjoy the resort without having to return to your car for the duration of your stay.

In summer, you can set off directly from the residence for a walk in the mountain pastures to meet the shepherd and, if you're lucky, spot some marmots on the lookout.
In winter, you can go skiing in the Vallée Blanche ski area, snow permitting, and then head for the 2 Alpes ski area. You can also ski back to the flat.

Activities :
In winter: Downhill skiing / cross-country skiing / snowboarding / snowshoeing / sledging / paragliding / ice skating / dog sledding / night skiing / children's activities.
In summer: Mountain biking (with or without assistance) / Trail running / Hiking / Paragliding / Climbing / Multi-sports workshops for children.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the numbered basement garage of the flat (1 vehicle).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Free shuttle bus to the city centre.
- Fee-paying shuttle bus to Grenoble station.
- Nearest train station: Grenoble station, about 1 hour 15 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Grenoble Alpes IsĂšre airport, about 1 hour 40 minutes by car.

Other remarks:
- A pet is accepted free of charge in the accommodation, please specify when booking.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner).
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Skis can be hired from the residence reception; during the season, bread and pastries can also be ordered the day before. These services are subject to change and must be requested and paid for on site.

Appartement en parfait Ă©tat avec tout ce qu’il faut. TrĂšs bien situĂ©. Les seuls reproches concernent la conciergerie Firstrax qui ne remet pas les clĂ©s sur place, c’est Ă  nous d’aller chercher les clĂ©s Ă  l’agence, contrairement Ă  ce que cocoonr nous avait annoncĂ© par mail. Ils ne rĂ©pondent pas au tĂ©lĂ©phone ni Ă  nos messages quand on a besoin d’aide (on ne trouvait pas notre place de parking, elle ne connaissait pas le numĂ©ro
. A nous de nous dĂ©brouiller
). Elle avait oubliĂ© notre rdv pour l’état des lieux de sortie. C’est moi qui l’ai appelĂ© pour qu’elle vienne

Belle vue du balcon avec table permettant d'y prendre un repas ! Vaisselle tout Ă  fait suffisante pour 5 ou 6 personnes . Chauffage dans chaque piĂšce tout Ă  fait satisfaisant. Place de parking un peu juste pour une grosse voiture mais stationnement trĂšs facile devant la rĂ©sidence 🙁 ProblĂšme d'odeur dans la salle d'eau, signalĂ©, et rĂ©glĂ© je n'en doute pas."

Les Balcons du Soleil 4013 "Un poco desagradable la estancia 🙂 Que puedes aparcar el coche y te llevan en autobĂșs a pistas 🙁 Llegamos a recoger las llaves y nos dicen que si queremos sabanas y toallas a pagar ( me parece muy triste que las camas vengan sin sabanas) al llegar al apartamento no estaba muy limpio, los colchones muy duros, almohadas envueltas en una tela rota y sucia, no habĂ­a trapos,balletas ni jabĂłn de limpieza para limpiar. A la hora de irnos nos dicen que tenemos que limpiarlo del todo perfecto si no nos cobran 85€ de limpieza. Me parece muy triste que tengamos que limpiar el apartamento sin productos de limpieza correctos para desinfectar bien todo ( por eso cuando entramos no estaba bien limpio). La chica que nos vino a ver como estaba el piso un poco desagradable la verdad. Yo pondrĂ­a un poco mas caro el apartamento y añadirĂ­a sabanas, toallas y la limpieza del apartamento,( para las personas que venimos de vacaciones es lo correcto)"

La possibilitĂ© de commander le pain la veille pour le lendemain matin. 🙁 La propretĂ© du coin cuisine laissait Ă  dĂ©sirer ainsi que les sanitaires. Ne pas avoir de dĂ©tail pour trouver la place de parking : il manquait des renseignements pour trouver la localisation du parking en lui-mĂȘme et le numĂ©ro de la place. Pour info c'est la place n°66."
