Ideally located near the Forville market and the Old Port, this luxury apartment, completely renovated in 2021, is on the 3rd floor (with elevator) of a well-maintained residence. You'll be a 5-minute walk from the Palais des Festivals, the Croisette, the beaches, and all the shops, while enjoying a quiet and perfectly soundproofed environment, close to major traffic routes, making it very easily accessible. A spacious, bright, air-conditioned, and fully equipped interior
The comfortable apartment features a south-facing living/dining room with a sofa bed (sleeps one), and a large, fully equipped open-plan kitchen: oven, stovetop, refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, and more.
It has two bedrooms:
• One bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), with a private bathroom and a large fitted walk-in closet,
• A second bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), facing west, and featuring a balcony.
The entire apartment is fully air-conditioned, very bright, and tastefully decorated to offer our business travelers or families discovering the French Riviera during their vacation a warm and comfortable setting.

Très bel appartement conforme à l'annonce, son point fort est son emplacement central. L'arrivée et le départ sont très faciles, le contact avec l'agence aussi, elle est très réactive et au petits soins pour ses clients..

L’appartement était très bien placé, malgré le bruit de la plus grande route de Cannes.Un 2eme wc serait plus utile que 2 douches. La cuisine n’était pas très bien équipée, manque un saladier, une petite casserole et plus de vaisselle.

God stor lejlighed.

God lejlighed, som gav et godt udgangspunkt for ture i og omkring Cannes. Dejligt at have opvaskemaskine og to badeværelser, det havde dog været rart med et toilet i forbindelse med det andet værelse. Der savnedes en låge i det ene bad. Der er relativt meget støj fra vejen, hvilket gjorde at vi næsten ikke benyttede altanerne.
