Le logement n’a pas été nettoyé ( salle de bain, vaisselle, poussière, projections sur radiateur , vitres pas nettoyées , mobilier balcon sale , toiles araignées et filament de poussière . Déplorable 👎😡

Average apartment, walkway health and safety risk

The apartments were clean and had everything you needed. They are average but I feel good value for ski week during half term. The big issue is you have to park your car in a parking lot at the bottom of the hill and walk up the road. As the snow melts it runs down the road and freezes over creating sheets of ice. Only twice during the week was a bit of gravel spread on it to help stop slipping. This didn’t make much difference at all. We had more falls in the ground than we did when skiing.

Magnifique appartement

Vue magnifique depuis le balcon. Un peu loin des commerces mais accès en bus gratuit. Beaucoup d activités organisés au lac juste à côté. Apparemment très fonctionnel et propre. Pas de place de parking attitré dans la résidence.

Très bien situé mais mobilier à revoir

très bel appartement dans résidence très calme et bien située aux Houches à 1/4 d’heure de Chamonix, loin du tumulte et des bouchons de Chamonix seul bémol au tableau, du mobilier vieillissant et pas confortable(doit daté des années 80-90), une cuisine mal éclairée, un micro onde incompréhensible à utiliser et sans mode d’emploi et une literie à changer d’urgence .... dommage

Good location for skiing, treacherous walkways

Apartments were clean, good size and had everything you need. Gondola was a short ski down from the side of the apartments. The only issue is the road from the parking to the apartments is steep and really icy, as is the wooden steps up to the apartments. Fell over and hurt myself more at the apartments than during skiing. The roads had some gravel put on them twice in the week we were there but it didn’t help at all.
