SITUATION AU TOP

La maison est idéalement située devant la plage, la terrasse est très sympa, nous y avons passé de super moments. La location concerne le premier étage de la maison, le rdc étant occupé par le propriétaire et sa famille. Le jardin permet de garer la voiture et d'accéder à la plage. Il y a 3 paillottes sur la plage juste à côté de la maison, c'est très sympa, quelques soirées un peu bruyantes, il vaut mieux aller danser avec eux. Les propriétaires sont adorables. La situation est top et malgré les désagréments nous avons passé de bonnes vacances. Merci.

Traumhafte Lage

Das Haus liegt wunderschön alleinstehend am Strand mit direktem Zugang, tolle Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer. Im September war wenig los und auch die nahe liegenden Strandbars hat man überhaupt nicht gehört. Sehr sehr nettes älteres Ehepaar als Vermieter. Wir durften das Kanu der Vermieter nutzen, das war super. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock, im Erdgeschoss ist eine Art Hundesalon der Tochter und der Garten ist für die Hunde fast vollständig abgetrennt und leider recht unaufgeräumt. Das ist schade. Die Wohnung ist groß und in die Jahre gekommen. Ein wenig Renovierung und ein gründlicher Großputz würden die Wohnung zu einem echten Juwel machen, welches man vermutlich in Korsika nur selten findet. Wen das nicht stört, der ist hier richtig.

Das Ferienhaus hat uns gut gefallen, wir hatten dort nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter, viel Platz und vor allem einen superkurzen Weg zum tollen Sandstrand.

Très agréable propriété en bordure de mer et vue sur la mer, très calme, spacieux, sans route à traverser, avec des propriétaires très charmants Certains points sont un peu vieillot mais il y a tant de choses positives à côté que l'on s'y habitue très vite rapidement. Une adressse à retenir.

Geräumige Wohnung direkt am Strand

Die Lage der Wohnung besticht! Es ist tatsächlich nur ein kurzer Weg durch den Garten zum Sandstrand. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, das Bad ist zwar alt aber o.k. (Wasserdruck der Dusche ist nicht besonders hoch), eine extra Toilette ist vorhanden (Toilettenpapier muss über den Hausmüll entsorgt werden). Die Schlafzimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet, Betten sind in Ordnung, die Tapeten wecken Kindheitserinnerungen. Das Wohnzimmer zeichnet sich durch seine Größe aus. Ein Tisch bietet Platz für mindestens 8 Personen. Der Balkon bietet einen traumhaften Blick auf den Strand. Für geräuschempfindliche Personen ist es nicht geeignet, da die Strandbude bis ca. 23 Uhr geöffnet hat und auch das Haus selbst sehr hellhörig ist. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung zu empfehlen, wenn man keinen Luxusurlaub sondern ein einfaches Feriendomizil sucht. Für Kinder super geeignet! Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit empfehlen.

Maison très propre. Nous avons passé une superbe semaine à 5 dans cette propriété où l’accueil, les chambres, la salle à manger, la cuisine et équipements était impeccable! Nous étions dans la partie supérieur de la maison avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Le grand + de cette maison est son accès direct à la plage depuis la propriété. Snorkeling et baignades tout les jours !Très beaux parcours de promenades ou courses à pieds au départ de la maison. Tout les commerces et restaurants à 15-20 minutes à pied ou 5 en voiture. Nous nous réjouissons d'y retourner!!

Charmante maison à proximité de la plage ( au fond du jardin) Endroit calme et charmant. Propriétaires agréables. C est la deuxième fois que nous venons et nous l'avons recommandée à plusieurs de nos amis. Nous avons prévu d y retourner Les équipements fonctionnent tous correctement Au départ du port je vous recommande les calanques de Piana

Emplacement exceptionnel

Maison idéale avec jardin adjacent à la plage. Elle est située au bout d'un cul de sac donc aucun bruit de route ou voiture. Cependant elle est proche des commodités, supermarché, restos et délicieuses boulangeries a 5 min en voiture. Excellent resto sur la plage à 100 m (Ta Kladia). Superbe vue sur la mer depuis terrace et cuisine avec couchers soleil. Fenêtres chambres donnent sur jardin. Propriétaires très sympas et accueillants. Prévoir laine pour le soir car ca se rafraîchit mais attention nous étions la fin octobre et il faisait tellement chaud, baignade dans la mer tous les jours! Ideal avec enfants ( ou sans!). Nous étions déjà venus dans cette maison il y a 2 ans et nous nous réjouissons déjà tant d'y revenir. Merci de partager ce petit coin de paradis!

1 étoile pour l emplacement zéro pour la propreté zéro pour les équipements télé ne fonctionne pas frigo sale gaziniere porte poignée tenue par schoth et le pire lit enfant tenant par une sangle cliqué et logement à bannir aux allergiques à la poussière et aux acariens.

Superbes vacances

La location est idéalement située sur la plage du Péro, les pieds dans l'eau (un chemin privé donne accès à la plage en quelques minutes). Les commerces sont proches (en voiture) et plusieurs restaurants sont accessibles à pied en 5 minutes depuis la plage. Elle est bien équipée (gazinière,machine à café,fer à repasser, etc.)spacieuse et très propre. La vue depuis la villa est magnifique.Le terrain est arboré et fleuri de haies de lauriers. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et agréables+++ La location est située à l'étage d'une grande villa, une partie du terrain étant privée ainsi que le rez de chaussée. L'autre location est située à l'écart dans la propriété. Tout y est pour passer de superbes vacances sur une île merveilleuse.

Nous sommes venus pour la 3ème année consécutive et reviendrons encore ! Cette location "les pieds dans l'eau " porte bien son nom, et c'est un havre de paix. De plus les propriétaires sont si accueillants et à la fois discrets. Le Bonheur !!!
