Disliked: Communication

I did not stay here. The owner could not host me but could not cancel the reservation. Vrbo would not cancel it either due to "a glitch". I have reported this to the credit card company as fraud.

Pictures not necessarily what you will get

We did have a lovely stay, but the condo we thought we were getting and what was pictured, was not what we got. We got much smaller. We did not have a balcony or a full size kitchen as what was pictured. We got a smaller room, and a very small kitchenette that did not have pans for making eggs for breakfasts. But the condo we stayed in was very pretty and the bed was very comfortable. We had a lovely vacation, beautiful view from the parking lot. It was fine, just disappointed about the pictures not matching what we actually received.
