Why they chose this property

The house is nestled into a quiet neighborhood off the Venice canals where it gets plenty of sun. There is a a large back yard for Californian outdoor living and dining with a firepit as well as a Hot Tub. There are 2 car garage available for our guests to use including a Tesla charger. The spacious house gets plenty of natural light and has been recently redesigned to make our guests feel right at home.

There are 3 full bedrooms; 1 master bedroom (king bed) has a private bathroom, 2 bedrooms with respectively a queen and king Bed and an office with a daybed. The living room has 2 comfy couches and a dining area. The bathrooms are fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap. There is also a gas BBQ available for use.

For business travelers the house is just a short drive to Silicon Beach companies or a short walk to Venice bars and restaurants.

Leisure travelers have quick access to the beach, shopping, or cozy cafes in both Venice and Santa Monica.
