Make yourself at home at this centrally located charming 3 bedroom and 2-bathroom home on a peaceful tree lined street in a great West LA location! After a day of exploring, you will be able to cook a delicious meal in a beautiful kitchen or BBQ in our private backyard with a choice of soaking up into four-person hot tub. Convenient location close to some of the local favorite’s dining, boutiques, and nightlife. 15 Minutes to DTLA, Santa Monica and the beaches!

Updated kitchen with dining area, granite counters, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and hardwood floors.

There is a King bed in the master bedroom, queens in the 2nd and 3rd bedroom, a cot available if needed. Huge master bedroom suite with a completely updated master bathroom, walk in closet and access door to the backyard with Hot Tub and BBQ.
Features central heat & A/C, free parking (several cars) on the property’s driveway. There is a coin operated laundry room available.

You could not find a better location! In a quiet residential area but near the ultra-hip Sawtelle District, the new Santa Monica Expo line, Shopping malls, Beaches, Chic restaurants, Museums, and much more.

Enjoyable stay

We were a group of remote colleagues who flew in to LA to meet in person and enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for us and the large living room let us socialize but still have space. The home wasn’t spotless, but no major cleanliness problems. I would stay again.

a definite "NO GO"

communication w property mgr was excellent, but that's about it. if you want to keep the rain off your head, this place is ok, but it's not good for much more than that. sparsely furnished, with rips and tears in furnishings; hot tub takes a day or two to get up to temp, hot tub was small and old, and didn't hold temp; no cable; bathroom handle pulled off in our hand; guest beds were torture. ok for a bunch of guys who don't care about "niceness" but that's about it.

Quality stay, fabulous central location! Nice vibes, Quiet

This is a really nice home with attractive furnishings and a lush front lawn. Parking was easy as we had the dedicated driveway. I personally prefer a softer bed, all of the beds are firm, memory foam, type mattresses with a single layer, and no boxsprings on a platform. This is not my favorite, however, it was better than sleeping on a couch! And if you like a firm bed, this would be fine. Bathrooms are both nice and the shower in the master which is super spacious is a large marble shower with great water pressure. The kitchen was very nicely stocked with spices and really nice dishes, mugs, and glassware. Not tickled to find no tea or coffee my first night /first morning …you would think that would be included. Do not recommend choosing this house for the hot tub. During the 8 night stay, we used it once hot once tepid. Water was sparkling cle breaker was tripped and so it wasn’t hot anymore even though it had been serviced all week. Happily choose this house for location and nice decor, not the tub which is iffy. Would’ve been nice if the laundry machines were not coin operated (very century to go get quarters) so we did. Nice to be able to do a few loads. The new manager did a great job of keeping us apprised of the updates on getting the Hot Tub to work. She responded always within the hour and was pleasant. Would stay here again. Location great and a local Cafe Neil’s Cafe & Cateringi…. Home made great and very affordable. Just 5 min away.

Beware!

The location of this house is great. It’s a cute house but definitely needs some attention. We were looking forward to BBQ and hot tub in the evening, but the outside is a complete disaster. The furniture is moldy and extremely dirty. No place to sit and enjoy. While communicating with owners(which they are very good at getting back to you). I was told I could use the hose and spray off, are you kidding me, I am not on vacation to clean a house that we pay fees and a lot of money to stay here. The hot tub needs new water it’s disgusting. It looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. The owners were aware of this apparently but obviously wasn’t taken care of from previous. We are not expecting perfect but I was hoping way more out of this stay, especially when you work hard to save money for a vacation.
