This apt is the perfect base for a trip to sunny LA complete with new furniture, appliances, and amenities. Enjoy a quick 5-minute walk to several hotspots & dining options in Miracle Mile. The best of LA surrounds the home, museum row is a short 1.5 miles away, Beverly Grove 2.6 miles, Melrose Ave 2.4 miles, & Hollywood 4 miles!



The Neighborhood:

Located in Miracle Mile district of Los Angeles. Very close to Hollywood Walk of Fame and Rodeo Drive Beverly Hills. LAX Airport is about 22 minutes away if no traffic.



Absolutely NO SMOKING,NO SMOKERS ,NO PARTIES , NO LOUD MUSIC allowed.



Parking is in street and needs a permit which costs $5 a day and requires an upfront deposit of $100. Balance is returned after receiving permit back upon completion of your stay. Street Cleaning is Monday (12 noon - 3pm) on one side of street and Tuesday (12 noon - 3pm) on the other side. Please make sure to check parking signs and don't park during street cleaning times.



Getting Around:

Parking is available in street subject to restrictions. A permit is needed during the day. At night, parking is free in street. If you need a permit please let me know anytime. It costs $10 a day per permit and a deposit of $100 is required and balance will be returned after you give the permit back on completion of your stay. Please do CHECK street cleaning and parking signs before you park. NO PARKING in driveway at anytime please.

This is a multi-unit rental property in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Great location close to so many great restaurants and bars. Owner provides a street parking pass for only $5.00 a day, which is so convenient!

We really liked staying in this apartment. Area was safe and property owner was responsive. If you plan to park, contact the owner in advance to have a parking pass printed for your car (price was nominal).

Exactly what I needed

The only thing missing in the proper is a sink and stove. Other than that that everything is great. Clean, spacious and located conveniently to a lot of good eatery’s.

The place was great clean and was at a perfect location, the only small issue we had was with the door not locking, but the property manager was soon to respond and state they’ll look into it ! The location however was completely safe ! Will stay here again in the future !

Great place for family stay

Wonderful place to stay with family. Very close to many places in LA. Property was very clean and the manager was very responsive. Parking was also available at a reasonable price. Only deficiency of this property I felt was that there were not enough cutlery and utensils in kitchen and also not enough bathroom supplies.

Everything was within a half hours drive including LA traffic so the location was perfect for us. This was a no frills but nice place with easy $5/day parking arranged by the owner ahead of time. The beds were horrible. There was no parking. When I asked about it I was told I had to park over 1/4 mile away. I didn't even stay in the house. I called a friend of mine and slept on his couch.

Great Location near The Grove

Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood with great Uber coverage. We visited The Grove, Beverly Hills, Hollywood, UCLA and USC. We were never more than 30 minutes from anything, which in LA is miraculous. The host was very accommodating and allowed us to drop our bags off before check-in.

The place was very clean and it was in a good neighborhood - very safe. Two different doors to get inside as it’s a shared double unit place. The cons would be the beds were uncomfortable and then the place needs some hand towels in kitchen/baths.

Comfortable apartment in quiet neighborhood, well-located and very useful if you have business off Wiltshire Blvd (consulates etc). Friendly and communicative hosts who helped out with street parking. Effective air conditioning during a hot summer. Easy keypad entry. Maybe add a kettle to the kitchen for easier tea making. We had a fantastic stay at this property! The location is ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions, and the space itself is comfortable and well-appointed. The large bedrooms and beds provided plenty of room to relax, and having two bathrooms was such a luxury – no waiting around in the mornings!The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed. Parking in the area was a breeze – there’s always space on the street, which was super convenient.The fridge was a great size for our needs (we stay for over a week), and while there isn’t a washer and dryer in the apartment, there are laundromats and cleaners nearby, so it wasn’t an issue at all.Overall, this property is great, and we’d gladly stay here again! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay.

Peaceful neighborhood/Clean rental

Host communication was great! The neighborhood was quiet and the location was accessible to everywhere we went. The rental was clean. Downside was the WiFi was not strong at all so we didn’t use it. Also, the unit was smaller than the pics look. I would also have preferred to have a washer/dryer in unit. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Stay was overall okay no issues with host. Although in the listing it didn’t say you have to pay a parking fee it was decently priced. The beds were the worst part of the stay it was just a box spring with a mattress topper. So if you are looking for a cozy bed this isn’t the spot for you.

There was a pile of dirt in one of the bedrooms and the toilets had not been cleaned prior to our stay. It made me concerned about the cleanliness of the rest of the apartment/beds. The apartment itself is bare bones, there were no dishes or cups, no soap or shampoo in the showers. The apartment definitely isn't newly renovated. The ceiling was falling apart in one of the bathrooms and the flooring was pulling apart in the living room. The location was fine but you aren't getting much but a place to sleep with this apartment.

Great for the price

This listing was a lot cheaper than many other listings I found. It is in a very nice neighborhood as well. My complaints would be about the cleanliness. The bedding had subtle stains and hairs. The floor mat in the bathroom needs to be washed or thrown out. You can tell that they did cheap renovations for this listing. The pictures look way nicer than the actual property. It could use new paint on the walls and just a little more decor to appear more modern and not so cold. My official rating is 3.5 stars for cleanliness/appearance and 4 stars overall since the price was good.

Worked well for our needs

Convenient location, excellent pre-arrival communication, updated bathrooms with wonderful showers, spacious common area with comfy seating and giant screen TV, easy keyless access, firm but comfortable beds. For our 2 couples staying 4 nights, this unit worked well for our needs. However, there were several minor issues that would easily improve this rental apartment: while all the touch spots were adequately cleaned up by housekeeping crew, it was hard to ignore a heavy layer of renovation dust and/or dried construction mud on trimwork, doors, knobs and overhead fan blades; peeled ceiling, grates and trimwork could use fresh coat of paint; one of the bathroom door needs adjustment so it can close; no bath soap provided; bath mats are nice but so thick that doors can't close over them; make clear that wifi worked only in the TV/common area. The walls are thin so the neighbors' conversations and showers were loud, but otherwise we enjoyed a quiet stay.

Could be better

Overall the stay was fine but there’s a lot that was wished for on our end. There weren’t any towels for the shower, no shower hair products despite the listing, and no hand towels. The listing photos show little kitchen extras like coffee, tea, but there was nothing of the like, not even a pitcher to filter water. The beds very hard, the mattress was barely 6 inches tall, and there were low quality bedspread items and hard pillows. No hangers in the closets either. Did we have a safe place to sleep? Yes. Did it create an experience the way these places normally do? No. It really left us wanting more of the basics. I recommend an upgrade to interior design and overall experience to warrant the expensive daily rate.
