Everything’s excellent and Sonny was very helpful in helping us find things to do in our location- the only thing that was disappointing was that the listing says we have the entire house, but actually we had the entire bottom floor of a two family house, and the people upstairs were very loud. The window air conditioner in one of the rooms was very loud, and we turned it off often for some peace and quiet. Otherwise, the location was incredible, the property was clean, and pleasant we had a great few days

This was a wonderful property in an excellent location! Close to all the attractions we wanted to see (LACMA, Academy Museum, the Original Farmer's Market, the Grove, Petersen Auto Museum) and many fantastic restaurants nearby. Street parking with the permits provided was easy. The property is the downstairs of a duplex with private entrance. Excellent floorplan with large rooms, roomy and well equipped kitchen, and large dining room. Laundry room with nice washer and dryer. And something many of the other properties in the area didn't have -- a cute, covered outdoor patio off the kitchen with nice seating and lights for sitting out in the evening. It was so warm when we were there (temps 15-20 degrees above normal for early October!) so we didn't make as much use of it as we otherwise would have. Our host, Sonny, was so gracious and helpful. He met us at check-in and provided great information about the area. He also responded promptly to all questions we had via text during our stay. I'd go back tomorrow if I could! Highly recommend!!

We had a fantastic stay! The standout feature is definitely the unbeatable location. Being within a 10-minute walk of The Grove, the Farmers Market, and Museum Row (LACMA, the Academy Museum, and the Petersen) made exploring effortless. We also loved the close proximity to the shops on West 3rd and the Beverly Center, with Rodeo Drive just a short drive away. The amenities were top-notch and made the trip seamless—having in-unit laundry and a full kitchen provided all the comforts of home. The house itself is spacious, chic, and comfortable, and the host was welcoming and attentive. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a high-end, walkable LA experience!

Wonderful house in a great location

The house is clean with spacious bedrooms, a large living room and a great dining area. We had (5) adults and (1) two-year old child come to LA for a family reunion and the unit had plenty of room for all of us. We also thought the location was fabulous. We were within walking distance to the Grove, tar pits plus the auto and motion picture museums. We would recommend.

We had an amazing time at this house! It’s elegant, spacious, and perfect for a group stay. The bedrooms were comfortable, and two of them even had their own bathrooms and showers, which made things so convenient for us. The patio was lovely, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The location was ideal—just a short drive to Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, and Hollywood, and within walking distance of The Grove and LACMA.The host was excellent—he sent us all the check-in details and the address ahead of time, then met us at the house to welcome us and share some great local recommendations. I highly recommend this listing!

Trip to Beverly Hills

I stayed at this house with my out of town relatives. The house was upscale and spacious. It had everything we needed for our visit. This listing was for an entire 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms house. The location was centralize, short distance to Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, and Grove Mall. The host was welcoming and met us upon our arrival and showed us around the house and pointed us to a few nearby shopping places. We will stay here again.

Great for a family group!

I recently stayed at this wonderful house with my out of town relatives . The first thing that impressed us was the elegantly decorated living room and bedrooms. The kitchen was large, and the lovely patio was a fantastic feature. The house was perfectly located, just a 10-minute walk from the Grove mall where we enjoyed some fine dining and a short Uber ride from Beverly Hills and West Hollywood. The host texted us ahead of time and warmly welcomed us when we arrived. I strongly recommend this place for anyone wanting to experience city life.

Fabulous Stay

We stayed at this house for a month, and I can’t express how impressed we were with all aspects of the accommodation. The interior is a designer dream with a blend of sophistication and classic antique style. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, bathrooms were stylish, and kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for cooking. The location was great, situated short distance to the Grove, LACMA, and Beverly Hills attractions. The house overlooks the street so we felt like we are in a city center. The host was very welcoming and met us at the property for our check-in and gave us some local tips. I highly recommend this listing!

Beautiful House!

My family of 6 stayed at this house. The house was gorgeous, comfortable, and a great location. The listing was for the entire private house, no shared spaces. The house had all the amenities we needed for our stay and layout was spaces and relaxing for a large group. The host was great, texted us the direction and check-in information before our arrival and met us at the property to show us around. The location is walkable to the Grove mal, LACMA, and 3rd street restaurants. Most Beverly hills attractions are short a few minutes drive. The neighborhood was super safe and upscale. We will stay here again. Thank you for hosting us!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home, just walking distance from so many delightful places, such as The Grove, LACMA, the Motion Picture Museum, the Petersen Automotive Museum, the La Brea Tar Pits, and our favorite- the Original Farmers’ Market. The property itself was clean and comfortable, it included everything we needed, and our host was so kind and helpful, with many suggestions for places to visit and things to do. We would definitely choose this property again on our next visit and highly recommend it!
