Lovely little Mediterranean-style cottage decorated with character. Very quiet and clean inside. The bathrooms have been recently remodeled and had good conveniences and lots of natural light.Good access to public transportation that we did use to get to downtown and LACMA.We appreciated the good communication even though the host was out of the country. She followed-up several times to make sure things were going OK.The parking was not what I was expecting. Generally there seemed to be enough on-street parking if we had decided to use it. The host allowed us to use the driveway, blocking her car in during our stay as she was out of town. The garden was lovely but the the hardscape and furniture were not clean.The television is restricted to an app only, no broadcast TV.The kitchen was not setup well enough to cook regular meals in my opinion. The cabinets need to be cleared out of old items, and an inventory taken, and any missing items bought.
