Home is standalone with private entrance and parking on the west side of the driveway. Backyard has a large garage and owners residence above, Backyard is not accessible for the front house use.

Every aspect of this stay was absolutely amazing. Craig went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The residence was exceptionally clean, spacious and extremely comfortable. Craig was an amazing host! Place was ready at 12pm too which helped out so much with our early flight. Also the fact that this place is so close to a grocery store (Ralph’s) and Dockweiler Beach made this such an amazing stay. Plenty of TVs and sitting spaces in the house too. 100% would stay here again.

I thought everyone was exaggerating regarding this stay, but it truly does love up to the hype. It's a very nice and clean older home in a great neighborhood. We walked the dog late at night and early in the morning with no issues. Rooms are very spacious with lots of storage space. It was a bit humid the weekend we stayed, but the window AC was perfect. Got to meet the owner who was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
