What a great place for grandparents to bring their grandkids and kids. Really close to the beach. Plenty of room for everyone. The inside was nice and clean and tidy and really well done had everything we needed. Going to come back again. Very safe and secure. Parking for two in a secure parking underneath the structure. The host was very good and was able to talk to me. All the instructions were self-explanatory and easy.

Comfortable and secure stay

Our stay was very pleasant. The condo is nicely decorated and was clean. The directions on how to enter and how to access the parking garage were clear. Besides a few things needing repair (towel rack, lamp, slow draining bathroom sink) and a shortage of washcloths, the overall accommodation was very thoughtful, comfortable, and easy. I would stay there again.

Great Stay for a Small Group

We had an event at the local performing arts center. This was close enough in proximity to make it easy to go back and forth daily. This is at a condo complex where parking is limited. You do have to climb stairs to access the condo so keep that in mind. Great spot, spacious and cozy! The beds were comfy and we will book it again.

Great family friendly condo

Great space to stay. 15 minute drive to beach and 30 minute drive to Hollywood strip. They had a washer and dryer in the condo and all the kitchen supplies you need to cook. The are had a lot of fast food restaurants and a super market and dollar store. This place will be my first choice when traveling in the area again. Thank you Mimi!

We arrived very late, 3:30am, due to a delayed flight. Upon our arrival, there was still laundry in the dryer and dishes in the dishwasher from the previous guest. No fun to come into so early in the morning and our rental was not ready for us. There were stickers on the walls, I assume from the previous guest and spaghetti sauce on the ceiling. The stairwell that leads to this unit is where the entire apartment complex puts their trash. It was very unsanitary and gross! The trash was there for a majority of our stay. We also tried to use the oven in this apartment, every time the oven reached a certain degrees the smoke detectors would go off. The apartment below would hit the ceiling with a broom every time we tried to cook. I tried to reach out to the host, VRBO ended up contacting him because he would not reply in an appropriate time frame to my response. After, VRBO contacted him he then did respond. I would not recommend this place for the price they are asking.

Okay. Needs some repairs.

Check in was ok , but 30 minutes late as cleaners still there. Apartment was nicely decorated but had a lot of damage and many things broken or sparse. The were 2 broken lamps, no towel racks, broken cabinets, dirty mattress and minimal kitchen ware and dishes. With repairs, some added dishes and jute sold and mattress covers it would be worth staying. The location is good. About 15 min from airport and about the same to the beach. Grocery close. Parking area is dirty and full of trash in many corners. The area outside the apartment is not very nice, but the apartment itself is good or will be when repairs are made. There is a trash shoot at bottom of apartment stairs and other residents stack piles of trash there that you must walk by to and from apartment

The condo itself is spacious, clean, and functional. Perfect for two families sharing a space for a week to keep costs down. Plenty of everything needed. The neighborhood had plenty of amenities: groceries, restaurant options, etc. and didn’t feel unsafe. Free enclosed parking was a plus. 15 minute drive to hermosa beach. If you’re looking for great Mexican food, eat at El Tarasco.
