Living Room: Relax on a comfortable sofa in the cozy living room. The space includes air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan for year-round comfort. Enjoy a Smart TV with popular streaming apps such as Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+ (guests can log in with their own accounts).
1st Bedroom: The first bedroom features a comfortable KING-size bed that guests frequently compliment in reviews. The room also includes a TV with streaming apps, an iron and ironing board, and an extra blanket for added comfort.
2nd Bedroom: The second bedroom includes a bunk bed with a QUEEN-size bed on the bottom bunk, which typically sleeps up to 2 adults comfortably, and a FULL-size bed on the top bunk. The top bunk has a weight limit of 200 lbs and typically sleeps 1 adult or 2 small children comfortably. Additional features include: • TV with streaming apps • Desk and desk chair (great for remote work) • Ceiling fan • Extra blankets and a space heater for colder months

Smoking Policy Our entire property—inside and out—is 100% smoke- and vape-free. This is to ensure a fresh environment for all guests. Smoking or vaping anywhere on the property will result in a $500 fine.
Noise, Visitors, and Events No parties, events, or gatherings Visitors or unregistered guests are not allowed at any time.
No pets are allowed on the property.
We’re also just 5.8 miles from LAX, making arrivals and departures smooth and stress-free, and only 3 miles from Manhattan Beach, where you can enjoy beautiful ocean views, dining, and relaxing coastal vibes between games. Plus, the home is extremely close to major freeways, giving you quick access to everything Los Angeles has to offer.

Check‑In / Check‑Out Unauthorized early check‑in or late check‑out will incur a $50 fee per hour (or portion thereof). Guests must notify management at least 24 hours in advance if they need to extend or change their check-out time.
Parking You may park one vehicle in your designated space only. The property cannot accommodate a second vehicle at any time.
No visitors or unregistered guests are allowed.
Privacy & Shared Spaces Please do not disturb guests staying in the back guest suite. The backyard is not a shared space and is reserved for the back unit.
Smoking & Fire Safety The entire property is 100% smoke‑free, indoors and outdoors. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises. Smoke odor is difficult to remove and affects future guests; any detection of smoke will result in a $500 fee.
Noise & Neighborhood This is a quiet neighborhood with vigilant neighbors. Any reports of illegal activity, excessive noise, parties, or gatherings may result in immediate eviction without refund and possible fines.
Out of respect for neighbors and other guests, please keep noise levels low, especially after 10 PM.
This home is kept pet-free to ensure a pristine, allergy-conscious environment for all guests.
For safety, no candles or incense may be burned.
Children & Safety No one under 18 may be left on the property without adult supervision. Please supervise children at all times.
Owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illnesses on the premises.
Care of the Home Do not rearrange furniture or take indoor furniture outside.
When leaving the home, close and lock all windows/doors and turn off all electronics, including the AC/Heater.
Only toilet paper should be flushed.
Please do not dye hair on the property and avoid using glitter.
Use the small black towels for makeup removal.
Trash & Cleanliness Please do not leave trash or food behind.
You’ll find large bins in the backyard: Black – Trash Blue – Recycling Green – Landscaper use only (please do not use this bin)
Excessive cleaning required after checkout (e.g., large amounts of trash, heavily soiled stovetop, stained or damaged linens) will result in a minimum $100 cleaning fee.
Maintenance & Reporting Please notify us right away if: Something is not working or appears to be missing You notice a leak, dripping, or water pooling You see any pests There is a large spill or anything that could cause water damage or mold.
Prompt communication helps us address issues quickly and keep the home in great condition for you and future guests.
Personal Belongings We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or left‑behind items.
In the event a key is lost or not returned, a $20 replacement fee will apply.

Simple little getaway with easy driving to LA and Long Beach
The hosts graciously provided a pack and play and toys for our baby, greatly simplifying things for us. We enjoyed sitting in the lush grass outdoors and listening to the birds chirp. The shower has amazing pressure - you can get a good back massage while in there. We didn't spend alot of time in the rental, as we were doing the tourist thing, but the location was great and it had everything we needed while we were there resting up after a long day. The grocery store is only 2 miles away, as was other restaurants and shops.
