This beautiful flat is very bright with high ceilings, has a large bright living room of 35 m², solid oak flooring and quality equipment, it has wifi. With a surface area of 90 m², it can comfortably accommodate up to 4 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it has a nice living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms with 2 queen-size beds (160×200), a nice bathroom (with a large Italian shower and double basins).

Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival.

As always with Cocoonr, your flat is ready to live in: your bed is made on arrival, towels are provided and you have wifi access included in the price of your booking.

If you choose to come by car, you can park at the Richemont car park at 300 m or at the Remparts car park. Parking Richemont (paying) located 300m from the flat.
For a maximum of 2 hours: We recommend parking in the Place de la République car park (paying - 1.20€/1h)
Parking is possible at the Saint-Joseph car park (free) 400m away or at the Parking des Capucins along the port.
