The space
This is a true rustic cabin experience approximately 1 mile from George Cossar State Park. There is a warm cozy feel in this open floor plan with spacious loft. The enclosed garage gives you the perfect place to park a boat, ATV, or your vehicles to escape the weather. The front porch has large ceiling fans to stir up a breeze on a warm summer day, and is equipped with rocking chairs to ensure a relaxing experience. The back porch offers beautiful wooded scenery where you can sit and watch squirrels, deer and wildlife in their daily routines. There is also a small fire pit area - bring a few sticks of firewood and relax by the campfire in the evenings. most guest like to throw in the s’mores for a little snack! Also, Throw the corn hole boards in the trunk, as there is plenty of room to "toss a few under the covered carport or in the driveway." County Road 27 has very little traffic so it is safe to take a walk, or a bike ride with the kiddos. Brand new central heat and air units keep the cabin temp perfect. There is a deep freeze on the back porch, as well as a gas grill, perfect for grilling the perfect steak. The cabin is also equipped with a standup washer and dryer, so you won't need a clothes line to dry your clothes!

Guest access
You will have access to the whole cabin. The neighbors are very friendly and helpful. They may come join the party if they smell a good steak on the grill.

Great little cabin close to Oxford!
Great place to stay if you’re visiting as an opponent to Ole Miss football. Only about 30 minute drive to Oxford to watch your team lose against Lane Kiffin and the Rebs. Gig ‘em, Ags! Property has everything you need!
