Seaside is a magical place with white picket fences and wonderful architecture. Shop in the many quaint shops, bicycle through town, stroll down the hidden shady paths or just sit on the outdoor decks enjoying the beautiful views.
First Floor: * Screened porch ready for outdoor dining or a place to hang out with friends and watch the world go by.* Comfortable living room, large flat screen TV & DVD.* Powder bathroom * Dining area will seat all guests with its combination custom banquette and pull up seating.* Beautifully appointed gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless appliances.* Queen bedroom with flat screen TV and private bath.
Second Floor: * Sizeable den with built in entertainment center that boasts a large flat screen TV,DVD, Wi-Fi, and two workstations. A cozy sectional couch conceals a queen sleeper. * Powder bathroom with ample storage and counter space for those guests using the queen sleeper in the den. * Laundry room with sink and full capacity washer and dryer. * Kids bunk room sleeps 6 (2 bunk beds, 2 twin beds) with built in storage & private bath with expansive double vanity and enclosed toilet room* 1st Master Suite with King Bed, flat screen TV and private bath. Wonderful Location

This house was beautiful and perfect for our needs, with its multiple king suites for married couples, main level queen suite for elderly, and bunk room for kids. The house was very clean and updated, and in a quiet section of a vibrant neighborhood, within a short walk to Seaside village and beach. Would love to come back here sometime.

Wonderful Stay!

Group Therapy was the perfect house for our group! Plenty of room for 6 moms and 8 teenage boys!!! We had a great time enjoying the house as well as the beautiful town of Seaside. The house is in a really good location to town square and the beach. Easy 5 min walk to either. Book this house; you won't regret it!!!

First Family Vacation

Our entire extended family (four families) rented this house for our week in Seaside. The kids all had plenty of room to play, the kitchen was well stocked (knifes could be replaced as they were all dull) and lots of room to spread out. The entire process of checking in and out was seamless and very quick response time if we had any questions. Everything was as described and pictured.

FAB house

We wanted to treat our kids and 6 grandchildren to a week at Seaside. Our party of 13 included 7 adults and 6 children ages 1, 3, 8, 10, 12, and 14. With babies and pre-teens it was important that everyone had space and privacy. The comfy bedrooms with in suite bathrooms was perfect! The upstairs media room and the upper deck were perfect for the older kids to hang out. We loved cooking in with the great kitchen and the banquet dining setting was perfect for all of us to gather for dinner and late night games. We loved our stay and are already trying to find a week that works for everyone next year. Thank you for a wonderful vacay!

Seaside Half Marathon

Eight of us were in Seaside for the Half Marathon. Group Therapy was perfect! The house is well designed and a great set up for 4 couples (no kids were with us but the 5th bedroom would be ideal for kids). Location is perfect-- it's a 7-9 minute walk to downtown Seaside. Very little traffic. Even the TVs were basically easy to use -- that never seems to be the case with rental homes. A lot of pluses - no negatives unless you have trouble with stairs. Even then one bedroom is on the first floor. A+++

Beautiful spacious spot for our family vacation

This beautifully decorated home was perfect for our entire family. My parents, sister, brother in law and their 2 kids (6 y/o and 4 y/o). The kids loved the bunk room. My brother and sister in law stayed on the 3rd floor with their 3 y/o and 4 m/o so the baby would be have a quiet space to sleep. Every room had a bathroom which is wonderful because there was no waiting on bathrooms or having to shuffle things around. Like many of the other the reviews, the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils (with the exception of a meat tenderizer but how often do you need that at the beach anyways). The walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all, it’s always lovely walking the shady streets of seaside and admiring the colorful homes. Everyone was so friendly between the security guards checking pavilions to the pool attendants. Seaside is our favorite place for a family beach vacation. If you have a large group or family, Group therapy is worth every penny, you can tell it’s well taken care of and loved.

My Family NEEDED Group Therapy

Check-in was the simplest process (download the app). This house was perfect for our family. 9 adults and 2 infants. Enough bedrooms, family spaces, TVs, and bathrooms on all 3 levels. Large eating area was perfect for family meals. Kitchen has plenty of dishes, pots, pans, small appliances (griddle, crock pot, blender) etc. Gas grill available. The private beach access was a two block walk and the pools were a block. We were pleasantly surprised that the pool areas were not far and not crowded. My young adult kids really wanted to go to PCB. Last minute planning for a holiday weekend (Labor Day) meant PCB was all booked. I have no idea how far Santa Rosa Beach is from PCB because we never made it.... AND nothing was missed. (Overheard them saying: "Best family vacation EVER."

Great location, plenty of space and overall in great shape. Small items that were a challenge were things like, lights burnt out, very limited toiletries/bathroom product and no wifi for the entire week which was a challenge. Overall, it was a really great home, nice location and very well done.

Perfect multi-family house

This was the perfect house for our group! We had three families (6 adults, 8 kids). Plenty of sleeping space and plenty of room in the house for everyone to have their own space. I would definitely rent this house again!

Group Therapy

The house was beautiful and clean and the location was very good. It is easy to get to everything, except one of the family pools. We had two pools nearby so it was ok. Since I don't mind steps, I did not mind staying on the third floor. There is a really nice bunk bed room for kids on the second floor. Every room was large and comfortable. The "master" bedroom on the second floor has a beautiful patio, and there are 3 other " master" bedrooms as well. Easy to access and we enjoyed our stay.

Great stay at Group Therapy

This property was just perfect! 5 couples, plenty of space for us all. We looked at a ton of houses and most of the ones for groups this large did not have an adequate dining table that everyone could sit at, group therapy was the only one we found! Great for cooking big meals at home. Also plenty of different places to spread out and relax. The rental agency was also very responsive and helpful! We will definitely be back again!

Early June Trip to Seaside @Group Therapy

We've rented a LOT of vacation properties and this one stands out as one of the best. The layout of the house is the key differentiator--5 bedrooms all en suite and with two additional bathrooms on the first and second floors. There is a living room (alongside the dining room and kitchen) on the first floor plus a living room on the second floor plus another hangout space on the roof--inside and outside. Not to mention one of the rooms had 6 beds so our group of boys piled in there. The bottom line is that there was ALWAYS a space for everyone to be to have a large or small gatherings. The location is KILLER and only a 2 minute bike ride to the "city center" or the private beach. Super happy with our experience at Group Therapy. 5-stars. Thanks to the owners, Sandpiper Rentals, and Vrbo.

Two Psychiatrists bring the entire Family to "Group Therapy"

4 Granddaughters and 4 couples of parents. Size was great and the acoustics/sound damping for privacy. We've been coming down for 25 years and have always had a good experience. The title of the home added extra meaning to the experience for the parental shrinks bucket list. We have a place in Naturewalk which added to the convenience.

Exceeded our expectations

We stayed here with 3 other families and had the best time! So many wonderful memories were made there that we will always cherish. We have decided to come back every year to Group Therapy. All of the décor and furnishings were just beautiful. We felt right at home immediately. It was very clean and overall exceeded all of our expectations! Our favorite areas in the house were the movie room where we could all watch movies together and the tower and top balcony. We ended all of our evenings up at the tower. We loved having a big private driveway so we didn't have to park on the side of the Seaside streets. The house was big enough where 12 of us never felt cramped which was surprising to all of us! The office that took our reservation was very helpful, all of the ladies we spoke to were very sweet and patient with our million questions we had before we showed. We felt very welcome. We also really enjoyed the location. It was in Seaside but it almost felt like a private spot so it wasn't congested all around us. Big plus considering it was a busy time. I could go on... it was just wonderful. We are missing it already!
