6 days stay
Below are the opinions of the adults that were my guess. It was every clean. Sheets didn't fit the beds and their was a every low amount of toilet paper. There were some misleading photos of the layout and space.Furniture needed updating, deck furniture was uncomfortable. The WiFi was poor. No storage in the bedrooms. Honestly it was way to expensive. The day of our reservation, we had the unpleasant surprise of discovering it had been canceled. We had to call and sort it out, which added stress to our vacation.

Splash n view was a great cabin. No salt and pepper shakers and a few other small things that probably should have been there but over all great cabin for friends and family. The “hot tub” attached to the pool is not hot and won’t get hot at least for us.

Great Location, Somewhat Nice Cabin
The main reason we rented this property was the indoor pool. We wanted something for the teens in the family to be able to do while we were at the cabin. Like all other reviews said, the pool was not heated 79 at best. I don't know if that is supposed to be a hot tub connected to the pool but it's not at all. It's the same temp as the pool. On to the Television situation.... The tv at the pool is broken and they are aware, they just won't replace it. The living room tv...is AWFUL remote barely works with brand new batteries and absolutely no internet connection even though the router is 5ft away. So unless you can find something on the 5 antenna channels, you're out of luck! The entire tv system is ran off HORRIBLE, non-existent internet. There is no cable at all. They also do not tell you that once you pay SO MUCH for a cabin you can NOT stream or game...There is a notice on the fridge, which is absolutely ridiculous. The bedroom at the top of the stairs to the left gets better internet from the neighbors WIFI than the one in the actual cabin. The dryer has to be ran multiple times to dry a normal load of towels. There were mice droppings around the edges of the fridge, I have photos. Water pressure in the showers was poor. I had MAJOR buyer's remorse. I felt like after paying thousands we should have gotten much better. Also, I put in a work order for all the items listed and did not hear back from them for 3 days. They said they came by, but we were out and never heard from them again. The location is great, close to everything. And the best part is the Smoky Mountain Grocery Delivery. They had our cabin fully stocked with all our groceries before we arrived. Oh, and there is no pantry. You would think a cabin for 10-12 would offer a place to keep food..... Bring extra pillows because if someone is having to sleep on the sofa bed there are no extra in the entire cabin. We will definitely not stay again unfortunately. .

Cleanliness
Wonderful cabin and great location. Long-term cobwebs in many corners at baseboards with very dusty baseboards. In bathroom on main level, the toothpaste splatters on back and side wall at sink was excessive. The pool was extremely cold. We saw that the heater had manually been turned off 81°. I had read other reviews about the pool being cold, and now wondering if this is a practice to heat it to lukewarm and turn off. Overall, it was a fun place to stay, beds were comfortable (I would suggest a mattress cover as the mattresses were VERY stained when I pulled linens to leave), and everything else seemed to be in great working order and clean.

Cold and dirty
This property has so much potential to be great but failed. The pool was ice cold, and when I told them several times, it was not addressed. The pool maintenance man tried to turn the heater to 90 degrees and nothing happened both times he came to put chemicals in the pool. I let them know what that he said the heater was not working and still nothing was done. The dryer was not working when we tried to use it. Yes it was fixed the next afternoon but I had to ask for dry towels after I sent 2 emails letting them know we had a washer full of wet towels. The cabin is covered in dust and the bunk room still had dirty sheets on the beds. Crumbs were found at the foot of both beds. The view is amazing but the cabin was lacking in all areas. We paid for a cabin so we could swim but couldn’t stand how cold it was.
