This Modern home is located in across the street from Fort Campbell, Kentucky. Only half a mile from the Kentucky/ Clarksville, TN state line. Approximately 10 minutes to Austin Peay University, downtown Clarksville, and a mile from interstate, Walmart and the new Oak Grove Racing and Gaming Casino. No backyard neighbors, has a nice tree line and front porch. The kitchen has a seated island and and all rooms have a 50' Smart Tv's. Nashville is approximately 45 minutes away from this location.

Worst Experience Ever

Booked 4 night stay. Arrived late Thursday night. Property manager gave us the wrong door entry code. We had to book a hotel because no answer on phone. Contacted them next day to rectify. They contacted VRBO. Instead of refunding us for Thursday night, they ADDED Monday night. So now we are being charged for 5 nights instead of being refunded for hotel and Thursday night. Went back and forth for 4 MONTHS while property manager played innocent. In the end, VRBO only refunded hotel. Which turned out not to really be a refund since we were charged for a 5th night. Even offered to show toll receipts. No one cared. I or anyone I know will never book with VRBO again.

Perfect for our Soldier

We came to visit our soldier before his first deployment. The location was absolutely perfect. The home was clean and has been very recently remodeled with attention to functional, modern elements. Loved the artwork!! We will stay here every time we come see our soldier!!

Total disregard for renter.

My family and I arrived on the scheduled date and time. When I requested the access code, I was told the home hadn't been cleaned. We had to wait 3 hours to get in. The access code was never sent. We gained entrance because the cleaning crew gave us the keys. This is what I get for going low budget. Ruby didn't seem to give a crap that we'd just drove in 6 hours from Chicago. NEVER AGAIN!
