55 sqm Furnished apartment on the street and courtyard, on the 1st floor with lift, full of charm consisting of:

• A large dressing room with washing machine dryer.

• A bathroom with a bathtub, a washbasin, hair dryer. WC.

• An open kitchen with a fridge, a microwave oven, hotplates, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, various storage spaces, the necessary crockery and kitchen utensils.

• A living room with an extra sofa for one person, an armchair, a coffee table, a TV cabinet, a TV, internet access, lamps and decoration. Chimney not usable.

• A dining area with table and chairs.

• A bedroom with a 160X200cm bed, two bedside tables, a dressing room. Window on courtyard.

The linen is provided. Electric heating.

The check in are made without extra cost from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is an extra 35 € fee. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, there is an extra 50€ fee.

For an arrival on a Sunday or a public holiday, there is an extra 35 € fee.

Sanctuary in Paris

We loved it here. The location and amenities were all top notch and the peace and quiet so close to the Montorgueille activity was a welcome relief at the end of a busy day. Highly recommended

Great place to stay

This property was clean, homey, and specious enough for our family with a sofa bed for our child. It had everything a family might need including a full kitchen and washer/dryer. There’s a very small elevator but taking the stairs up one floor was not hard with our luggage. There are restaurants, bakeries, markets…etc nearby. Very convenient. Not far from the train station. Walking to museums was faster than riding a Uber. The best thing about this property is that the representatives were very courteous, helpful, and accommodating to our needs which was the main reason we booked this property. We will definitely consider staying at this place again next time we visit Paris. We had a great time this trip so it should be in the near future.

Appartement très agréable. En plein centre mais malgré tout vraiment tranquille. Chambre coté cour très silencieuse. Tout est à proximité: bars, restaurants, commerces, supérettes, transport. Franchement idéal. Très bon contact avec le gérant. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Perfect place to stay

Place was awesome! Within walking distance of cafe’s, bakeries, stores as well as sites like the Louvre. Check in was easy, only problem was finding the place, not the easiest for taxi drivers and uber drivers to find, but once there everything was fantastic.
