This very cozy Parisian apartment is located one block away from the Seine river as well as City island and Notre-Dame Cathedral.

The buiding dates from the 18th century. It is located on the 2nd floor. NO elevator but a great view on private garden. Therefore very quiet.

This apartment has been fully refurbished in 2016 with a lot of style. It has tile and wooden floors.

This 35m2 apartment is extremely functional and can easily accomodate 3 adults or a family with 2 teenagers - with a full size bed and a fold out couch in the living room.

- Bedroom as a full size bed.

- Living room has a fold out couch full size and one desk with a chair.

- Dining area with table and 4 chairs.

- Kitchen is an open plan with dish washer, washer dryer and a top induction stove. Traditionnal owen and microwave owen.

This apartment is a perfect «pied-à-terre» for your Parisian stay, its location is ideal, very central near all the great Parisian highlights, Latin Quarter , Seine river, Notre-Dame Cathedral, City island, Saint Louis island, Saint-Germain-des Près, Orsay and the Louvre museums.

Very nice apartment in a bustling area

Although the apartment isn’t large the design makes very clever use of the space. Furnishings are tasteful and well-chosen. The kitchen has a good selection of dishes, cutlery and beautiful glasses, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is well-designed and the water pressure is good. It was also extremely quiet, despite being steps from Notre Dame and the Sorbonne. Louis gave us a warm welcome and a tour of the neighborhood, including his recommendations for boulangerie, wine, cheese, etc. We’d very happily stay here again.

Perfect location, perfect stay

There is nothing to fault! From pre-trip communication to the moment the door closed on the car taking us back to the airport the service was 5-star. Louis, the property manager met us on arrival, personally showed us the apartment and appliance controls (well considered written instructions were also in the apartment), then took us on a 15 min tour of the neighborhood to get our bearings. He checked in several times and answered questions promptly. The apartment is on a quiet one-way street, but steps away from bistros, boulangeries and brassrries. When we step out the front door and look left, you see Notre Dame. The metro/RER station is less than a 5 minute walk and there is a taxis stand essentially at the end of the street near an award winning boulangerie, fomagerie, butcher and wine shop (and there is a neatly green market in front of these shops). The apartment is a marvel in “tiny house” design and well appointed. The space isn’t large, but so well considered that the impact is much greater than its actual size. We used the sofa bed nightly and just closed it in the morning. There is a dining table and a desk, plus a TV and strong WiFi. The kitchen is ready for cooking full meals. My husband, teen and I loved everything about our stay! We hope it is available on our next trip to Paris!

Great Location/Beautiful Apartment

Well organized, immaculate apartment with everything you need on hand. Pics are accurate. We could see one of the cranes working on Notre Dame through the window overlooking the lovely courtyard. Louis was very responsive & kind. Gave us a quick walking tour of the neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

Adorable apartment, fabulous location, fabulous hosts!

The place is perfect--a cozy apartment in the Latin Quarter, just a few minutes to Notre Dame and even fewer to one of the best patisseries in Paris! Louis and Paolo are so helpful--they get you situated and respond immediately if you have questions. I stayed with my partner and 10-year-old daughter and it was perfect. It's close to several Metro and RER lines, so getting around Paris was a breeze. We would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely time

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this flat in the Latin Quarter. The location couldn’t be better, as it’s within walking distance within many amazing locations in Paris. We used the kitchen quite a bit, and kept the windows opened when we were home. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
