Top notch in every way! Louis went above and beyond our every expectation! The property is so convenient if you want to explore the Latin Quarter and beyond. Everything we needed was available. This apartment is ideal for getting to Notre Dame, sight seeing boats and shops and restaurants. Located on a quiet street, it is very peaceful at night. The host was outstanding in communicating and responding to questions.

We loved the location of this apartment. It is on a quiet street within easy walking distance of many notable sights (including Notre Dame), a great bakery, many restaurants, and a Metro stop. We bought pastries and quiche many mornings at the bakery nearby and appreciated being able to heat our quiche and eat at the kitchen table. The kitchen layout was very thoughtful and included all the basics in a compact space. The bedroom is on the small side - you have to turn sideways to get around the bed, but it’s dark and quiet so good for sleeping. The bathroom was also small but very functional. The bathroom is off of the bedroom which worked fine for us but could be somewhat challenging if you had a third person sleeping in the living room on the pullout. We made good use of the washer/dryer in the unit. Reaching the apartment requires climbing two flights of stairs.

The apartment location is unbeatable, offering easy access to everything we needed. The host, Louis, was very responsive and available for any questions throughout our stay. The apartment is small but well designed and has everything you need for a comfortable home base to explore Paris. The location is ideal - close to Metro and the RER, a safe and quiet street in a bustling neighborhood, amazing cheese shop and bread shop around the corner. Resgrocery stores too

This apartment was situated perfectly for a Paris visit. Close to all amenities and we were able to walk to all our selected attractions. I had a wonderful stay here with my son. The location is perfect, and it was an easy walk from the apartment to everything we needed (groceries, pharmacy, Metro, coffee, bread) and wanted (parks, playgrounds, sights). Just a few blocks away toward Notre Dame felt very crowded with tourists, but this spot was much quieter and very pleasant.The apartment was very clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. We were there for ten days during a heat wave, so a washing machine was a life saver, and the kitchenette was great for making quick dinners before crashing after a long day.The apartment did not have A/C, but it was not an issue, despite being in Paris during a heatwave (which got a lot of attention while we were there). The city was definitely hot in the daytime, but the apartment stayed cool, as long as we kept the windows, shutters, and curtains drawn during the day and opened the windows after the heat of the day. Louis provided fans in the two main rooms, and they were sufficient to keep us comfortable while we slept. We very much enjoyed our stay, and I would recommend it and would stay here again.

Quiet and well-designed refuge

This is a compact space in a very old building, and it has been remodeled so well and designed so carefully that it feels bigger than it is. It is also perfectly quiet at night, which is impressive given its location in the middle of the lovely Latin Quarter. Close to excellent cheese shop, bakery, and cafes.

Paris Latin quarter

We had a great stay at this apartment. It was a bit small for two adults and a teenager, but it was clean, well equipped, very quiet and a location that could not be beat. Excellent access to all historic sites, Seine, metro, and numerous restaurants, cafes, markets and shops in easy walking distance. Louis was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.
