Won't rent again

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this unit has a lot left to be desired. The furniture is filthy, along with the floors (bring socks!!) The view is great, but the windows haven't been cleaned recently at all. Everything outside needs a wipe down. The bathrooms and bedrooms are clean. Several lights didn't work or flickered a lot. The bathroom sink and shower in the bedroom with 2 beds had such hard water pressure it was not usable.

Disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very disappointing! Spent a lot of money on a dump! Living room furniture was filthy along with the throw pillows. We had to put blankets over the furniture to be able to sit! Very outdated and old end tables and dining set. Found old macaroni noodles in between the cushion and the chair! Disgusting! Light switches didn’t work properly. Not all lamps had working bulbs. Had to call to have maintenance fix the dryer! Would never recommend this unit to anyone!!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean. The floors could use a really good grout cleaning but they were clean. The living room furniture was comfortable . The couch was nice . The chairs and throw pillows need to be replaced. They are filthy. There are a very very limited supply of kitchenware. Thankfully I brought my own but had buy a frying pan. There are a total of4 unmatched coffee cups . Very little silverware . 2 great coffee makers. The wet bar ice maker worked!The views from every room were spectacular.The beds and bedding left a lot to be desired. Pillows were flat and beds were uncomfortable . However we are 60 yo so that makes a difference.The deck furniture was great! The televisions were great . The drier does not work properly. Needs to be looked at. I used our friends.The dimming switches in the kitchen are broken .

Girls trip

The condo was very spacious and clean. The only issue was the toilet handle rusted off in one of the bathrooms. Called maintenance with the condo only to be told the request had to be made with VRClub. Reported the issue with no response for about 6 hours. The response was “Thanks for the heads up. I’ve let them know! Sorry for any inconvenience!” The toilet remained broken for 3 out 4 nights of our stay.
