Fully Stocked Gourmet Kitchen w/ Bar & 4 Barstools, Dining Area w/ Dining Table w/ aSeating for 8, Living Room with Huge Leather Sectional Sofa & Lovesac for hanging out and watching Large Mounted Smart TV. Smart TVs mounted in every bedroom. 2 King Suites w/ Private Bathrooms and 2 Bedrooms w/ Custom Built In Full over Queen Bunk Beds separated by a full Bathroom. The 4th Bathroom is located on the Main Floor w/ Kitchen & Living Area. Full Size Washer & Dryer located on Main Floor. Parking beneath house with enough room to park 4 vehicles. Entertainment area w/ Gas Grill & Beach Supplies & Equipment located below house.

The unit was just perfect for our group of 7 adults and 2 children, since it had enough bedrooms everyone got a bed, which was a requirement when we started looking. We loved the large bean bag in the living area. Just perfect home for a family vacation. Simple walk to beach, it was awesome that there were chairs, and umbrella for us to use. We enjoyed making breakfast, and got local seafood for 2 evening meals. Great location and it had plenty of parking for everyone.

Best Cottage EVER!!!

This property is brand new. The owner put so much thought and detail from the furniture, appliances, grill and beach accessories to the dishes and toiletries. All anyone has to do is show up. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for family and friends. Fullsize washer and dryer allows you to keep all your clothes clean. This is truly a home away from home. We will book this unit hopefully every year!!!!!!! You will not be disappointed at all!

JUST WOW!

This place was amazing. We had about 10 people in our group and there truly was enough space AND bathrooms for all of us! The place was so nice and clean. It looked and smelled brand new. The cottage had everything we needed from coffee to beach toys! The beds and furniture were comfortable and the location was perfect for not being directly on the beach. Would’ve loved to be beach front but the niceness of the place, size, location, and price, definitely makes up for it. If you aren't carrying any kids or ice chests, the walk to beach takes about 3-5 minutes. The road to cross isn’t too busy and has a crosswalk with a button to alert drivers. The host was very communicative & helpful. On top of the aesthetic and comfort of this cottage, the amenities offered by host helped ease some of the stress that comes with vacations. Our whole group agrees they would book here again! 10/10 recommend!
