Welcome to Tides In! This charming beach house boasts sleeping for 12, two living area spaces, and five bedrooms near the heart of Gulf Shores!

As you enter the home, you'll find yourself in the main floor living area that includes dining and living rooms. The dining area includes seating for 6+. Adjoining this space is the kitchen that provides appliances and utensils you may need during your stay! You'll also find a full sized washer/dryer in the laundry area.

The Primary bedroom is located just off the living area of the main level of the home. Included is a queen-sized bed, night stand, and dresser. Adjoining the primary bedroom is the primary bathroom. This bath includes a shower/tub combination. Also on the main level is an additional guest bedroom with 2 twin beds and an adjoining bath.

Upstairs, you'll find another living space with couch, television, and coffee table. In this area, you'll also find an additional dining space with seating for 4! This is perfect for families with teens to have a place to hangout. On this level is 3 additional bedrooms. The first has a queen sized bed with an adjoining bathroom. The second bedroom upstairs has 2 twin-sized beds and the third includes a twin over full bunk bed with trundle. These two bedrooms share a bathroom.

Outside, you'll find two stories including decks and seating. Back on the main level, parking for up to 4 cars included.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

• RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

• AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

• CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

• CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

• MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

• PARKING PASSES: __Max 4 vehicles__ Can park at the property. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

• RELAXED CANCELLATION POLICY: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage guests to purchase.

• WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, soap, and roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

Gulf Shores

Arrived at 4 and had to call to activate lock. Heat was in the low 50’s downstairs. Called to get it fixed. Someone came and had to get new part for heater. Almost 9 pm before fixed and had to cook and eat dinner with coats on. We then found out wi fi was out. Got it but slow. Not a good way to start. Was provided one washing detergent and one dishwasher detergent and then you expect us to wash dishes before we leave. Same with trash bags! I don’t mind leaving it neat but more supplies are needed. Bunk beds not very comfortable and noisy.

The pictures of the house posted on the website appears much larger than what the living area is . The Wi - code listed on the refrigerator does not work after calling the property manager with know resolution the wi fi code was found the next day under the television in the living room . The television in the upstairs area does not work. The fifth bedroom does not have one double bed and two single beds . The bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size trundle,

Great house and great location! Close to the beach!

Great house and great location. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate large groups. Walking distance to the beach.

Perfect Location

This location was just right. Far enough from the busy intersections, but not too far. Access to intercoastal water with a fishing dock just feet from the property. Short walk to the beach at lifeguard station 11. Wonderful place, great Air Conditioning! Highly recommend.

We had a great time. Loved the location of the house and the easy beach access. If possible we will stay there again. The house was perfect for our little group. The only complaints we have would be that the upstairs air could not keep up with the heat. And the shower heads really need to be updated. But again we had a fantastic time and stay.
