Tzamandon: Cosy chalet "Bivak", 3 storeys. On the outskirts. Private: garden with lawn. Table tennis, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: ski boot dryer. Motor access to the house. Stepped path (18 steps) to the house. Shop 900 m, restaurant 50 m, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, station/poste" 1.4 km, railway station "Sion" 17.2 km, outdoor swimming pool 500 m. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km, gondola lift 1 km, ski bus stop 50 m.
"Bivak", 4-room chalet 100 m2 on 2 levels. Practical furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, separate WC, cable TV and DVD. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, fondue Set (cheese)). Electric heating. On the lower ground floor: 2 double bedrooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the garden, north facing position. Bath/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Terrace, south facing position, garden 600 m2. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful panoramic view. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (roofed). Please note: non-smoking house.

Agréable chalet

Nous avons passé 4 jours très agréables avec des amis dans ce chalet qui est très bien équipé : le grand balcon est très appréciable et la vue magnifique. L’endroit est très calme. Les escaliers extérieurs sont à refaire urgemment car ils rendent l’accès au chalet compliqué!

Très joli chalet, bien situé. Grande terrasse et store électrique appréciable. Mais... moquette tachée au sous-sol, lumière minimaliste dans la salle de bains, porte du frigo et porte du compartiment glace à réparer, la fermeture du compartiment produit lave-vaisselle ne fonctionne pas. Vaisselle ébréchée, matelas à changer dans la seconde chambre. Trop de petits inconvénients. Des travaux devraient être prévus pour que ce chalet puisse garder sa 3e étoile

Chalet ist sehr praktisch und sehr angenehm mit Kindern. Bus ist ganz nah. Würde es weiterempfehlen!

sonnige Terrasse / Rundumsicht

Haus Bivak ist grosszügig und hoch über Haut-Nendaz gelegen. Macht insgesamt guten Eindruck, welcher beim genauen Hinschauen etwas täuscht. Bratpfannen mit Omeletten vom Vorgänger verklebt. Tisch def.Gerätschaften = Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine generell sollten erneuert werden. Zudem Aussenanlage nicht sehr gepflegt. Schuppentüre klemmt, etc. Ansonsten sehr gemütlich und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Top war der Tischtennistisch (Schutzhaube sollte unbedingt ersetzt werden). Top: viel Licht/Wärme

Entspannte Skiferien

Ein Chalet ca. 20 Fussminuten vom Zentrum entfernt, mit einem Skibus in Minutendistanz (der leider etwas selten fährt), welches schöne und erholsame Ferien ermöglicht. Das Wohnzimmer ist gross und schön, die Schlafzimmer eher klein bis sehr klein, die Küche etwas in die Jahre gekommen mit leider ganz schlechtem Licht aber mit allem, was es für eine Woche Selbstkoch-Ferien braucht.
